I'm back for another edition of Alive Video Masters series. For the week, do let me know if you're tracking your goals and what tools are you using? 📈📝

For me, yes I do manual tracking of my IRL goals. They're mostly not in figures so I just track them via my journal. 📖 On Hive, I simply rely on @hivebuzz for my next target or goal (# of posts, replies, upvotes, etc.). For my second layer tokens, there's hive-engine or tribaldex. No, I don't do detailed tracking for the simple reason that the amount is not that significant at this point in time. 💰 It's not life-changing for now. 😅 I just stack and stake tokens I do not need yet. I hope they soon grow into significant amounts and that I could use them when I need them. I do admire a lot of you who do detailed tracking of your progress. On my part, I do not have the luxury of time to dissect (so to speak) each and every token I have.

Great video my friend it is helpful to learn what others do on Hive, i am like you as my tracking is not really in the form of figures completely, also like you when the numbers are bigger maybe i will then.

A tool i use for tracking and holding importantant information i need to use, is note++

Note++ is a tool i use on a daily basis several times a day.

It is a free, open-source text and source code editor.

It also supports around 80 programming languages with syntax highlighting and code folding and also allows working with multiple open files in a single window, thanks to its tabbed editing interface.

Notepad++ is available under GPL and distributed as free software.

I have been using it for years and don't know what i would do without it.

If you need something for taking and making notes, organizing info or coding it is a great tool.

Ooohhh thank you for the tips here @benthomaswwd interesting to know about notepad++ I just use old-fashioned paper & pen usually to jot down my notes and track my list of things to do !LOL

I used notepad++ when I was on Windows too! It's a great application indeed! I have it installed in Arch Linux, but I haven't used it too much since moving to Linux. I definitely recommend it, though! 😁 🙏 💚 ✨ 🤙

Great job my friend really i like your video masters series, i probably need to do a better job of tracking my progress. Like you i use Hivebuzz and as mentioned previously note++, i see a lot of people using excel in their progress posts.

Great reminder to track out goals Rosyel, for Hive I focus on a small set of targets around the tribe and I track that each week in Alive Chat, enjoy your weekend.

Usually, I use google notes or calendar if I have to follow any specific task or goal, especially it's easy to keep track of things with Calendar and it rings an alarm several time to remind. For Hive, I mostly track my goal that I wrote in my posts, and those could be small or long term targets, I update them weekly.

I'm impressed too with the spreadsheets that I see of multiple token goals. I don't track (or write down) most things closely aside from doing my Sunday Weekly Hive Goals and Progress Update. Even with that the only goals I set each week are for HP and reputation. 😁 🙏 💚 ✨ 🤙

I often envy people that track their hive goals in details.
Like I know I suck at this, I just follow up with the little I can.
I always feel happy for everything I gain, though sometimes I don't really know them.
