Gary Neville made some strong claims after watching Manchester United's game against Chelsea on Sunday.
According to Neville, he pointed out that he believes the influence of Ragnick can already be seen even before the German has officially joined the Res Devils.

The Ragnick effect:

The German-made his way to Old Trafford after the sack of Norwegian manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer. He would be taking the job on an interim basis.
Nonetheless, if the executives at Manchester United are pleased with his performances, then he may just be getting the job on a longer timeframe.

Neville's statement:

For the time being, Ex-Manchester United midfielder Michael Carrick is overseeing the team before the official arrival of the new manager.
However, Neville still insisted that based on the style of play Manchester United adopted against Chelsea, it is almost obvious that Ralf Ragnick was the man who picked the team.
Although not being part of the Sky Sports match coverage, in did not stop Neville from moving to his social media handle to share his opinion on what was going on in the game.

Neville's point:

The point Gary Neville was trying to make is a simple one. During the time Ole Gunnar Solskjaer and Carrick partnered, this style of play was never adopted by the players of Manchester United.
However, just at the eve of the arrival of Ralf Ragnick, they begin to adopt a pressing style while trying to win the ball up the opposition territory.
To further make things interesting, Ronaldo was out of the starting eleven. Neville's opinion was that Ronaldo must have started the game if they played solely on Carrick's ideas.

Summary:

Whether the ideas of Gary Neville was through or not, one thing is through.
Manchester United adopted a different approach against Chelsea. An approach which can be linked with only one man. Ralf Ragnic

I'd attribute our point yesterday to a single stroke of luck with the Sancho counterattack and De Gea brilliance at the back. I can see how the player's have adjusted to Post Ole life but saying that match yesterday was anything like Pressing brilliance is a reach.

All the Neville's do is talk, talk, talk and talk senselessly. What level of success have they attained in their individual careers on the dugout

If that's how Man United will play against the top teams in league under Ragnick for the rest of the season, then a top 4 finish will be well beyond their reach

They should definitely improve if the stories we heard about Ralf Ragnick is true

I reckon theres somewhat of an agenda against Carrick. Wonder do Neville and Keane know something from Ole that we don't know

I think the German mentality, methodology and way of management is sneaking into the EPL bigtime. Perhaps like Brazilian players being exported globally, German managers could be on that same path

And it seems they've easily adapted to this new change in environment
