Crispy Maniocs (Cassava)

Hi Hives,
This is my first post of the series of food that I am cooking at home. It's nice to join with an active community with lots of features allow us to share our day to day stuffs & give us a chance to earn rewards by using it.
Today I am going to show you how to make Crispy Maniocs as a tea time snack.

It is so simple, and you also can make it very easily.
Here are the ingredients:
  • Cassava (Maniocs)
  • Salt to taste
  • Turmeric Powder
  • A pinch of Chili Powder (If needed)
  • Some Vegetable Oil to fry

First of all, Steam the Maniocs by adding some Salt & Turmeric Powder.

Now you need to heat some Vegetable Oil in frying pan. Its better you keep the flame low.

Fry them until golden brown.

When you see them golden in color you should take them out to a dish / plate.

As you can see, our tasty snack is ready now. If you need to taste more spicy, you can add some Chili Powder or Black Pepper.
