My entry for the Hive Learners contest " W28E3 " | My Pride When I Was First Able To Edit Film On Campus

Greetings to all of us who have been in this beloved community, today I am back in front of your eyes to share stories about the pride that has happened to me and until now I still feel that pride. Before proceeding to the discussion, I would first like to thank the Hive Learners community for giving me the opportunity to enter this contest. As we know this week is the 28th week of the third edition of the contest in this beloved community.

In this life, of course, a lot happens that makes whatever we live is revealed and remembered in an incident that makes whatever it is into the past which sometimes happens in our lives that makes us very happy whatever we will do sometimes we don't. guess that is a pride factor for ourselves and of course everyone has a pride for having done something and it becomes dominant for motivation in ourselves to move forward and rise to be even better.

Talking about pride, of course I have happened in my life where at that time I was in college and I was studying in college majoring in communication science at that time there was a course called film production when at that time we were in the same class divided some groups and of course in that group there are 7 people with seven people of course having different abilities and Coincidentally in my group there are 7 people who also have different abilities and I have little experience with editing and I never thought that the editing that I can make people happy and that person can rely on the talent that is in me.

So we were required to make a short film at that time I didn't know my friends couldn't edit the film and after shooting the film it was still not edited at all and it turned out that all my friends in my group couldn't edit it and I couldn't help it. had to take a role in editing Even though I couldn't edit videos well like other people at that time But due to the conditions and position at that time I had to do it so I desperately did what I could so I offered to all of them that Let me just do it who edited all the films that we had shot.

Confidently I took my laptop and installed the software on my laptop and I used Adobe Premiere software and of course operating the software was very complicated at that time I didn't understand how to edit properly and correctly but with the desperation in me I tried a little bit edit Finally I was able and finished the film that had been assigned to our group.

After everything was done, it was time to collect all the assignments and display them in the room on the campus where I studied so that at that time our group got pretty good grades and unexpectedly one of the lecturers in the subject asked this edited quite well. who edited it I was very impressed and very proudly some of my friends answered and of course they told my lecturer who edited the film and of course I was very proud of myself and unexpectedly something that I am not really good at so that it can show talent which was amazing even though at that time I didn't really understand how to edit properly but with determination and struggle until finally I was able to apply and show people that I could do it with confidence.

After that incident until now I feel that I am very talented in editing even though until now I have never edited a film and sometimes I forget a little about how to edit it but I still remember the pride that I have in myself and feel I am very proud of myself. the ability that is in me and I am very proud. Hopefully the talents that are in me will continue to grow and can be useful for myself and to help others in completing their tasks.
