The biggest Problem with Most People is they don't fight with their demons in head and feel depress or weaker which eventually lead them to an insecure person.


When a person is not physically Fit it creates tons of problems in life such as health issues, lack of Confidence, raises more questions for self development or progress in Life.

This Week's hive learners featured content is all about sharing routine and how I do stay fit also how being fit can solve the problems of life.

Staying Fit Needs a lot of dedication

The Moment I realized problems had started effecting mental health which effected physical health and I'm Getting uglier day by day.

Like enough self destruction and put the full stop on it. Now it's the time for self improvement knowing it will be a hard path need to be more disciplined and focused.

There are always two types of people

One are those who go to Gym to get the women's and on the other hand be like the homer who do it for self improvement.

So, Too much sitting in front of mobile screen opened my eyes that I need to shape my body from now on there will be no bad food of my body.


Doing Home Workout

I took doing everything from home too seriously that had also started workout from home. Well, there's no Gym near my place but nothing can stop me now.

Taking help from internet and apps like home workout are available also getting pro advices from hive users.

A post using that tag on Leothreads is now going to keep me fit and healthy. To be honest, it's a usual thing for me like if someone hit an upvote on my post - Time for a push up. Perks of being at home and when the motivation level is at it's peak. Insane - right?

healthy diet only eating food to gain more protein and just enough to survive on it.

I have increased physical activities like buying each and everything from store, doing walk on regular basis and all my work by own.

Meditation also helps me a lot and I do Read or write to make my mind feel better.


Solves the Problems of Life

When You're working on yourself to become better it solves more than half of your life problems.

As far as I had observed after spending time on myself it had boosted my self confidence. I used to have health issues back but then now it's too rare.

I had that potential to fight back with those demons in my head now. Ain't that stressed or also started being happy living in between people again and ain't insecure like before also i had found The calm and sound Mind in sound body.

There's still a lot more benefits of being fit like a fit body keeps a mind fit & sound or many more yet to discover.

In the end I believe in Embracing the masculinity supremacy especially in this era when people say it's not necessarily.

We do spend a lot of time on work or responsibilities made us forget how important it is too work on yourself too.

It's really understandable and those who don't compromise on their Fitness and stays in discipline deserves a lot of respect.

Not only does being physically unfit create health issues, it can also lead to lack of confidence.

It is true that keeping a fit body can be very hard, but with determination, hard work and consistency one will surely scale through.
