We never realize until are fully trapped in some kind of addiction later on trying to Quit it becomes the hardest part to deal with.

Comes with pain or sufferings but what more worse is that chaos invited by our addiction.

I will share my story how I dealt with the addiction and finally Quit it after all leaving an impact on life and where I'm at improving my Lifestyle.

Addiction Got me when I was 14 I was a normal kid who knows nothing back in time and just being focused on studies, Playing real sports or PC Games with friends.

Now a relative who came from abroad visited our place and has bring some Gifts with him. One of thing that caught my attention was Smartphone in his hand which was my first time I saw android which is about 7 Years ago.

There was Two Games he used to play in that smartphone which was Clash of Clans and 8 Ball pool.

When I played those Games felt like getting attracted towards over the time and kept playing it over the time as he stayed for a bit long.

I had already learnt how to play those games and clash of clans was where I enjoyed more but then relative left and can't play it anymore.

For a few days i kept thinking about Game like playing it actually in my mind and thinking 24/7 like fallen in love with a girl.

When my father bought a new android

Day's goes on and on kept playing Clash of Clans for a limited time I Got permission to use mobile.

Upgraded from one townhall stage to another things Got more addicting.

At that point when parents realized I'm reached to alarming state they restricted me from using Android and said focus on my study.

I haven't listened to that seriously and somehow found ways to keep playing those Games.

I Failed in Exams

Later I started facing consequences and chaos was real when my result was out and Got failed in subjects I could never imagine.

Instead of turning back to being a Good boy focused on studies I was blindfolded and couldn't see more destruction coming ahead cuz of this Gaming addiction I wasn't able to see the reality.

Doing the self destruction

Without having any single idea that I'm an addict at that stage when my parents took mobile but still somehow managed to play not letting them know but when they find out I had lost it again for few days.

Found another alternative way and started selling my Game Profile to make some money to buy own mobile and do more reckless self destruction.

Started losing all the qualities and was slowly turning into disappointment.

I Quit

It was too late to go back and fix everything cuz of this addiction I Got barely passed and done my secondary education.

I made a move to find a way out of this addiction all those three years but got failed each time.

Than the way I Quit Gaming is more like a miracle to me cuz never thought I would be able to come out.

left those Games eventually after getting into crypto and blogging and that's why it is like a life saviour of mine in many ways.

Realized what's bad and Good for me when I met mature people in this space who's life experiences didn't made me felt like I'm left out or failure after all.

The only reason why I don't play Blockchain Games anymore or any kind of Games is my past when I was in terrible condition cuz of addiction.

fin.

In the end I have learnt if we get involved into addiction and some bad habit the only way to self improvement is accepting where you're doing wrong or told it is not Good.

Most of the times we don't want to believe something is bad told by someone else even I didn't heard parents cuz for me that Game was just enjoyment but the way It impacted later was what exactly my parents didn't wanted to happen.

I lost the track but to comeback on track the only thing needed was something like blogging and crypto from where my self improvement began and now I'm utilizing my time in a productive way doing studies for graduation also continuing the side hustles to become more better version of myself.

Never attempted online gaming although I must be honest when I see how addicted some become towards it I am glad it never interested me.

Far better to learn how to improve oneself with online in blogging, crypto or learning something substantial that will assist moving forward in life.

I doubt I would be here if it were not for being retrenched too early then moving online to further myself and knowledge, lessons always learned in life the hard way 😇

Glad to hear this.... More like these games are enough to destroy Life.

learning something substantial that will assist moving forward in life.

This is the plan now and it is Giving me hell of stress thinking about where I can do more better and flourish.

lessons always learned in life the hard way 😇

So well said!

No grudge toward people who find gaming a form of relaxation, it's just not for me personally. Finding ways forward learning constantly to grow keeps us on our toes, otherwise outdoors enjoying nature.

We all structure our lives around what we enjoy.

!LUV have a great day.

I know what it feels like to be addicted to something. It just seems to take over your life and there is nothing you can do about it. But then, like every other thing in life, you can always overcome it as long as you are willing to.

Thank you for sharing this with us.

Exactly mate. Literally at some point of addiction we can't do nothing about it... But if we willing to overcome than it's possible still comes with pain or suffering.

Pleasure to share. Thank you so much for stopping by. Much appreciate. !PIZZA

Addiction is a time wasters and it also kills. Been addicted to games prevent one from doing the right thing and it can also lead to gambling which is the lost. Thank God you are able to quit for good.
