My LeoFinance Page Needs Work (Page Analytics)

Some days ago, I come across the post of Nifty Phill (@l337m45732) "How Much Traffic Are YOU Driving to LeoFinance? | Profile & Post Analytics" where he showed where his profile strength was and that he was really killing it on google, means his posts are coming out in search engines.

I thought I'd like to learn that as well and so today, I went snooping at how my LeoFinance page is doing in terms of traffic and what I saw from the analytics is quite interesting:

For the month of April, my LeoFinance page had total visitors of 138, 1.8k views with an average viewing of 25 seconds. The overall LeoFinance Page had a total unique visitors of 94k in April with 295k views. My page was not able to contribute at least 1% to that traffic.

Interestingly, the most traffic came from China (41%) followed by the Philippines (36%) and the US (6%), then Nigeria and India.

Some of the page referrals came through Dreemport, 6 from Twitter and interestingly, 3 from Facebook (which I don't even use.)

This month of May, the page had a total visitors of 445 with 4.6k views at 30 seconds average viewing. The overall unique visitors to LeoFinance was 71k with a total of 258k views. Although my page was not able to draw 1% of the total LeoFinance visitors, at least it was able to contribute to the views.

And this time, 89 was referred to the page via Twitter, 33 from Dreemport, 2 via Facebook. I kind of expected some traffic via ListNerds because I shared two of my LeoFinance posts there but it seems no one has visited yet hehe.

51% of the views were from China, 14% from the Philippines, 9% Spain, 6% Nigeria, 4% from US and Turkey etc. I presume I do have friends in these countries, lol!

But wait, there's no google or bing or any other search engines! That means I need to learn from hitmeasap and Nifty Phill on how it is done, have to keep snooping over their posts from now on and work on mine too. And why it is important? Well because the growth of the ecosystem means my growth too. The more people get to know about LeoFinance and Hive, the better.

And this coincides with what I have learned from listening to theycallmedan's audio where he talked about how powerful hive is, what has been accomplished, a glimpse of what's to come etc. Do give it a listen and get infected with how passionate he is of building Hive and you might get a view of the depth of Hive as well. I did... We're a part of something big, revolutionary and powerful in sense that we might not have imagined.

Anyway, if you want to check how your page is doing, you can use this analytics tool, just add your Hive username at the end of the link.

I know that your post was about trying to increase your analytics for Google hahahaha but - oh my gosh!!!! I LOVE that DreemPort gave you so many visits!!!!!!!!!!! This is SO INCREDIBLE!!! I'll be sharing this at our team meeting on Wednesday for sure!!! I'm THRILLED!!!!!

Wow! Those are very useful information about the visits to your page! I have checked out mine and I suck... lol... So, will use the data from this analytics to improve my stats!

Nice snooping around, its good to stay updated and I can say that am learning about some other interesting aspect of hive I didn't know existed.
I had followed Leofinance on fb but it doesn't seem to post often.

Twitter is great, I just had some issue connecting witg hive that's why I haven't shared my post on twitter yet.
Maybe I will hopp in the discord and have that settled...

I read the title CJ and thought yes LF needs some work as it is not working for me today, then I read what you meant jaja
oh you do listnerds, many moons ago in affiliate marketing I did use one of their traffic exchanges and a mailer, but it was so time consuming the mailer.

Haha, gotcha! Yes, it's quite time consuming. With Dreemport we only get to read 5 a day, in LN, it's unlimited but the rewards are dependent on the stakes (CTP & LN) one has, the tasks done and the "votes" of other members.

I didn't notice the one-time offer on signing up hehe so I only saw the monthly subscription when upgrading now. Still learning how it is. The LN tokens earned are automatically staked, 10 weeks to unstake. Will see how it goes hehe.

Interestingly, many of your visits come from Dreemport. ;) And it's funny that you have a couple of Facebook without using it, hehe.
The truth is that we should work on getting some organic traffic to grow. It's something to try. :)

Yes, targeting organic traffic is good and we must learn how to do it. I was surprised when I saw my name yesterday on-boarding a new user :) It must be thru one of the links I've shared.

And well learning the techniques to get that traffic is not that hard but it is hard to get the traffic, hehe. Search engines like Google change their rules constantly, I know because I have seen my husband deal with that and his blog about movies for years. But social networks like Twitter and Facebook are good for getting traffic. Especially Facebook, but I haven't used it for years and I don't feel like going back to it to tell you the truth.

That's right sis. Even those who are good at it may find themselves groping in the dark when search engines change their rules. I am not going back to Facebook either sis, hehe. I only use Twitter to share some of my posts.
