The important factors in your life ,your major focus
It is very easy for a person to become overwhelmed with the many demands of life and spend too much time trying to sort out what is really important in their lives. In order to avoid this, you need to set some time aside each day to sit down and figure out exactly what is important to you. Start by writing down all of the things that are directly important to you in your life. You may find that this process can be a little difficult because life throws so many unexpected curveballs your way.
Next, sit down and make a list of the things that you think are important. Don't spend too much time listing the items on this list because it will just serve as an indication of how much time you want to devote to the task at hand. Instead, spend time trying to sort out what is truly important in your life. Write down your top ten priorities. If possible, write down your top twenty priorities as well.
Now that you have your list, try to use some common sense when making decisions. If something is very important to you, chances are good that it is not as important to others. So try to strike a balance between what is important to you and what is important to others. This will help you to manage your time wisely. As you spend time trying to sort out what is important in your life, be sure to also spend some time getting away from the many things that aren't as important to you.
While this might seem like a lot of work, especially if you have a lot of things to do each day, it really isn't. The trick is to try to separate your daily activities from those that are not. Find things that are important to you and schedule them for the day. If you have a big project that has to be done, try to set aside a few hours in the evening to do it. But be sure to give yourself enough time to finish whatever you need to do. You don't want to be rushing yourself.
Also try to schedule things out differently. If you have a lot of things on your list that should be completed before you go to bed, try to set aside time in the morning to do any of them. Or if you have to get up early to do a project, try to get it completed before you even get out of bed.

Make a list of the most important things that need to get done each day and try to focus your time and attention on them. If you try to spread yourself too thin, you will end up getting burned out quickly. Try to pick a certain area each day to work on and stick with it.
Finally, try to spend time away from your phone or computer. It is very tempting to check your email or text friends while you are driving to and from work. But try to resist doing this. You need to take some time away for yourself to clear your head and think things over.
You need to figure out what is important to you and spend time doing it. If you try to spread your work out to too many things, you will get burnt out quickly. And if you try to deal with too many things at once, you will also tend to procrastinate and stop getting things done. It's best to do things one at a time and then move on to the next
