I believe there are cells, prison yards, and some punishments meant for minors. Let them be applied to them with full measures.
The society and the law enforcement authorities should never keep quiet about them.
You know some minors have lots of bogus dreams about themselves now and for the future.
They're supposed to be curbed from so much negative curiosities in their youthful minds, life is not always how they see it now.
