4 Lesson From 2022 World Cup

The just concluded world cup brought joy to so many people. I remembered that on hive here, @hivebuzz and others hosted contest on behalf of this world cup. So many Hiveans supported it and was beting daily on who will win. I too tried but i was not too good on that, LoL. I saw joy every day on #Hive and in my neighborhood.

The most interesting part of it was that the Deputy Governor of my state Akwa Ibom State Dr Ekerete also stake awesome prices for those who will bet . He gave two options, Bet country of your choice that you think will win in this 2022 world Cup and win awesome prices. The AKBC Radio kept recapping it every Wednesday of the week and gaze what. On 21/12/2022 by 1:pm, announcement was made about the winners.

40 person's who bet that Argentina will win won. The price was to be given to the first 3 person's. I tell you it was awesome price. The moderator called the 3 person's to congratulate them and requested for their account details. How happy They were to recieve such gift this Christmas.

4 lessons I learned from that.

Trust in others

For those who won by betting had faith In Argentina. Although Argentina was defeated by SAUDI ARABIA last world Cup, no one is talking about it. They trust them that they will do better this time. If you have failed in business, relationship, marriage, or someone failed you, forgive and trust again that you can do better or the person can do better.

Don't give up on yourself

If Argentina has given up on themselves, do you think they will rejoice in glory. Life is all about challenges and this Challenges brings out the best in us. If no one is challenging you. Your best will remain inside you but Challenge and failure is the best way to learn. Don't be afraid of failing or making mistake. That is why there is room for correction and discipline.

Succeed and people will rejoice with you

In Life people love celebrating success not failure. When you fail, do your best to get up and do it right, you will see that people will come and celebrate you. They will also share your success stories with others telling them how you failed and how much you worked hard to succeed. I have witnessed a lot success celebration but the beginning was full of Challenges, ups and downs.

Not how you started the race

In a race, it is not about how you started it, it is how it ended. For example, one can start blogging on hive with all amount of enthusiasm on his early months but with time could not continue and another person who seems he is not serious continued and blogg for years and finally build stable income. So do not focus on your failure or on those who caused you to fail. Chanel your energy on things that bring success. How the journey ended is the most important. Always work towards your goals. Make changes when there is need.

Being able to make yourself happy while you are facing it hard is the best way to achieve success. Stay Alive and Thrive all the time.
