No body will love to hear the doctor said, am sorry to tell you this. You have cancer. Is is painful to hear it or to know that you or your family member is a cancer patient.but if it occurs, nothing we can do than to support emotionally, physically, psychologicaly and others.

How would you support them through this?

  • I will visit them regularly
  • I will tell them stories of cancer survivors and what helped them.
  • I will not blame them for their past way of life.
  • I will make sure they recieve my lovely support.
The list goes on and on.

Can you think of a friend that could change a habit to prevent the probability of cancer?

They are so many especially those that have access weight. Those that drink too much. Those who do not believe that Cancer exist. People like that need to know the risk of cancer and prevent it . Diabetes patient too need to know about Cancer so that they will avoid anything that will give them wound.

Which one(s)? How would you help him/her through it?

This picture is mine. She is a relative i helped during her years of suffering from cancer. I supported her with diet. Fruits and vegetables. I supported emotionally and physically. A cancer patient is out of business automatically and depends on family and friends to survive. So you need to do all you can to support so that even if the person die, you will not regret not doing this or that.

What do you think your friend could need the most? Physical support, discipline, psychological support or others?

  • Physical support
  • Discipline
  • Psychological support.

A cancer patient need all. He needs physical support because so many times they are weak. They need someone to cook for them, go to the market for them. Wash their clothes. Clean the house and keep the environment clean for them.

A cancer patient need personal discipline. Things to eat and things to avoid. That self discipline is what will save his life. Read this life story of one of my clients who refused to discipline himself and he died.

He had Liver Cancer, he was a chain smoker and an alcohol finisher, when he was told that he has cancer and he should stop smoking and drinking. He did not believe the doctor. He said that the sister paid the doctor to say so.

Whenever the sister is not around, he will send for those things and take. His condition worsened. When he now believe what the doctor said, it was too late and he died. Self discipline is very very important, not just for cancer patient but to everyone.

Psychological support to a cancer patient is another important part of supporting a cancer patient. You know the news of cancer is devastating on its own. Psychologicaly, they will be thinking nagative than positive. They only think of death than life so if you are not supporting them with good stories, good information about Cancer survivors, they feel bad all the time.

It is tasking to support a cancer patient, honestly sometimes you will cry and feel hopeless too. Yes it is like that. I have took care of a cancer patient before she died. I know what it means.
