We all can give this reward here on the platform, as we all are curators the difference is the value each curation comes with.

All you need to do is capture my attention with an enticing beginning, that way there's the assurance I will read the post to the end, then get to see how hard work is inputted in your post.

I enjoy curating posts that tell more about what people do themselves like showing either your handwork or self-development posts you created yourself to motivate others and posts that add value to the platform like posts with more knowledge to be gained,attract the highest of my curation percent, through the upvote values to let you know I recognize your effort and appreciate it.

HOW CURATION SHOULD BE DONE BY THE COMMUNITY?

Every community is required to have a curator to go through every entry in the community, that way unique posts with original content get to be rewarded for their hard work and are motivated to keep making unique posts.

Sometimes I wish I have enough to assign to unique posts to commend them for a job well done.

These days I see a lot of unique posts to be recognized from those putting frictional stories together to those making a commendable posts on finance.

If I were to be a whale on hive then I will ask for unique posts on finance, fictional writing, self-development, handwork and many more from communities to be submitted every week to a community I will create, to support and commend them of their good work.
