Life is endless, the only thing certain is today, why disturb your living by trying to solve problems of tomorrow that are based on uncertainty or the past that is meant to be buried.

One thing that enslaved people into depression is worry.

Most people try to relax and all that just keeps running through their heads is worries.

The thing is, life is like an hourglass with thousands of grains of sand passing through the narrow neck, nothing can be done to make more than one pass at a time.

Every day comes with different tasks but if care is not taken and we do not allow them to pass slowly we are bound to break down.

The important thing is today that we've got.

Bury the past, every day will always be a new life and a chance for the wise ones to make proper use.

Worry only bring fear and anxiety.

Quit dwelling in the past.
Do away from the regret of the past
and abstain from the thought of uncertainty .
focus on the certainty you've got which is today.
Yesterday will always be a memories
tomorrow is certain to always be a vision
Today well utilized makes yesterday a dream of joy and tomorrow a promising vision.

Worry will only keep the mind all fixed up with random thoughts
it is okay to take thought of tomorrow but have no anxiety.

HOW DO YOU HANDLE PROBLEMS WITHOUT WORRY

THINK OF THE WORST OUTCOME THAT COULD POSSIBLY OCCUR AFTER FAILING.

Sometimes to prevent worry you just need to be ready for what possible problems can occur after failing

MAKE PEACE WITH THE PAST AND MOVE ON
The deed has been done, quit dwelling in the past, make peace with the past and move on.

IMPROVE ON THE PAST MISTAKE YOU'VE ACCEPTED

Avoid making more mistakes, the past worst occurred for it to be prevented next time
improve on the past you accepted and prevent such problems in the future.

Worry does not empty tomorrow of its sorrow, it empties today of its strength

Worry does no good.
Some years ago, I use to think too much about stuff. It gave me headache and I noticed that I was beginning to loose weight and my face stopped glowing. My mum started noticing how dull I was and called me up one day to talk to me. She made me realize that worrying can never solve a problem and yes she was right.
Since then till date, when something wants to bother me, I just wave it off. Instead of worrying about the situation, I will think of the solution.

Exactly it can be really bad as having negative effect on our health you are right.
The best solution is wave it off and looking forward to solution rather than dwelling on worry.

It’s actually more like: yesterday will always be a dream memory and not a dream. The future is what we can dream of a man in the present. We bring to reality what we dream of.

One thing about worrying is that it is of no use of action is not taken in place to tackle what we worry about which there by results to your quote:

The fact about worrying is it never solves any problems but man can't seem to stop worrying. I think it's a nature of man although some have learnt how to subdue this nature, a lot are still battling with it. I worry a lot about tomorrow even though I know I have no power over it but one thing I learnt is that taking care of today can always make my tomorrow better so instead of worrying about tomorrow, I focus on making my present day a great one.
