[ENG-ESP] The Songs of before vs the Songs of now
Hello friends of #music, a pleasure to greet you and share with you again, I haven't written here for a long time, but today I wanted to express my opinion about how music styles have changed so much through the years.
I remember my time as a teenager, being in high school, there were musical groups in my country that at that time were the boom, to mention a few, to see if you remember them, among them we had A.5, Calle Ciega, Caramelos de Cianuro, Desorden Público, among others.
Moreover, once some of them came to my city, and I enjoyed their concerts with my friends, no doubt it was a great moment, epic, we danced, jumped, sang, who does not remember the famous Veronica of Caramelos de Cianuro.
Here I am talking about a few years ago, you could listen to them and sing their songs, understand them and feel identified, they were not vulgar or with double meaning, and with this I mean, if we compare the songs of before with those of now, they leave much to be desired with their lyrics.
I'm not saying that they are all like that, but recognize that if the great part, especially this new genre, has become so modern, reggaeton, and trap, that the truth to be honest I do not like it, I do not share it and it is definitely not my style.
I know that many like this new genre, if everything changes, everything evolves, just like clothes, technology, also music, we just have to adapt and put up with them in my case, that we do not like to listen to them.
If you go out or go to a party, family reunion, this type of music is the only thing they listen to and play, then if you make a request to listen to, for example, any other style they tell you that you are out of fashion.
What is my style
Well, as I mentioned before, when I was a teenager I listened to national groups, but also international ones, I was and still am enchanted with my beloved BSB, five guys who transmitted a lot with their songs or Nsync.
Not to mention artists like Avril Lavinge, No Doubt, Cristina Aguilera, Britney Spears, Nirvana, Green Day, Evanescence, and so on, Scorpions, AC/DC, of course I'm talking about their beginnings, their first songs, which today are still playing and are a classic.
Among these there are many more, Latin artists, if I start to mention them, the list is huge, what I want to tell you, nothing like the good music of yesteryear, to remember is to live, and if right now the fashion of the 90's clothing is coming back, don't you think that this style of music should come back and continue to sound.
Let's leave aside this reggaeton, this trap that does not contribute anything, let's change those lyrics, for more profound ones, with better sense, not just take out a song to become famous and mark a fashion, being this what young people listen to today.
If you ask these young people today about some of these groups like Nirvana, Bon Jovi, The Cranberries, Alanis Morisette, or The Verve, they would have no idea who they are or what music they sing.
But they don't know what they missed out on, that was music, not what is playing in this era, which I definitely don't know what to call it, when I listen to those stations, play those songs, that music, I just think, but what is that, how are there people who like this.
I know that this is the new fashion, everything changes, as I said, we just have to adapt, but it is hard to adapt to these new styles, this new fashion, I feel that instead of improving, we are going backwards, I am a girl of the other era, it is like this, of another style, it has always been this way, and that's fine.
There are different styles, some like them, others don't, just like clothes, everyone fits where they feel more comfortable, where they feel comfortable and are happy.
Without a doubt the best era was the 90's, if I could go back in time, I would go back to that era, to listen to that good music, with that unique and classic style.
I hope to read your opinions on this subject, tell me if I am wrong, I should give it a chance, if it is true that not all the songs are bad, there may be one or another that is worthwhile, but in my opinion they are scarce.
With this I finish saying, music is life, it is joy, it gives you power, it transmits you, nothing like listening to good music, with lyrics with which you can express yourself, comfort you and feel comfortable singing and listening to it.

Hola amigos de #music, un gusto saludarlos y compartir con ustedes nuevamente, hace mucho no escribo por aquí, pero este día quise expresarles mi opinión sobre cómo ha cambiado tanto los estilos de música a través de los años.
Recuerdo mi época de adolescente, estando en el liceo, había grupos musicales en mi país que en ese entonces era el boom, para mencionarles algunos, a ver si los recuerdan, entre ellos teníamos a A.5, Calle Ciega, Caramelos de Cianuro, Desorden Público, entre otros.
Es más, una vez algunos de ellos vinieron a mi ciudad, y yo disfruté de sus conciertos con mis amigos, sin duda fue un gran momento, épico, bailamos, saltamos, cantamos, quien no recuerda la famosa Verónica de Caramelos de Cianuro.
Aquí les hablo de hace unos cuantos años atrás, tú podías escucharlos y cantar sus canciones, entenderlas y sentirte identificado, no eran vulgares ni con doble sentido, y con esto me refiero, si comparamos las canciones de antes con las de ahora, dejan mucho que desear con sus letras.
No digo que todas sean así, pero reconozcan que si la gran parte, sobre todo este nuevo género, se ha vuelto tan moderno, el reguetón, y el trap, que la verdad para serles sincera no me gusta, no lo comparto y definitivamente no es mi estilo.
Sé que a muchos les gusta este nuevo género, si todo cambia, todo evoluciona, así como la ropa, la tecnología, también la música, solo nos queda adaptarnos y aguantarlos en mi caso, que no nos gusta escucharlos.
Si sales o vas alguna fiesta, reunión familiar, este tipo de música es lo único que escuchan y colocan, entonces si haces una petición de querer escuchar, por ejemplo algún otro estilo te dicen que estás fuera de moda.
Cuál es mi estilo
Pues bien, como les mencione anteriormente, en mi época de adolescente escuchaba los grupos nacionales, pero también los internacionales, estaba y sigo encantada con mis queridos BSB, cinco chicos que transmitían mucho con sus canciones o Nsync.
Sin dejar de mencionar a artistas como Avril Lavinge, No Doubt, Cristina Aguilera, Britney Spears, Nirvana, Green Day, Evanescence, y así otros más, Scorpions, AC/DC, claro les hablo de sus inicios, de sus primeras canciones, las cuales hoy en día siguen sonando y son un clásico.
Entre estos hay muchos más,artistas latinos, si me pongo a mencionarlos, la lista es enorme, lo que quiero decirles, nada como la buena música de antes, recordar es vivir, y si ahorita está volviendo la moda de la ropa de los 90, no creen que este estilo de música debería volver y seguir sonando.
Dejemos a un lado este reguetón, este trap que no aporta nada, cambiemos esas letras, por unas más profundas, con mejor sentido, no solo sacar una canción para hacerse famosos y marcar una moda, siendo esto lo que escuchan los jóvenes hoy en día.
Si les preguntan a estos jóvenes de ahora por algunos de estos grupos como Nirvana,Bon Jovi, The Cranberries, Alanis Morisette, o The Verve, no tendrían idean de quienes son o qué música cantan.
Pero no saben lo que se perdieron, eso sí era música, no lo que suena en esta época, que definitivamente no sé cómo llamarlo, cuando escucho esas emisoras, poner esas canciones, esa música, solo pienso, pero que es eso, como hay gente a quien le guste esto.
Si sé que esta es la nueva moda, todo cambia, como dije solo queda adaptarnos, pero como cuesta adaptarse a estos nuevos estilos, esta nueva moda, yo siento en vez de mejorar, vamos para atrás, me quede en la edad de piedra, soy una chica de la otra época, es así, de otro estilo, siempre ha sido de esta forma, y eso está bien.
Hay estilos diferentes, a algunos les gustan, a otros no, al igual que la ropa, cada quien encaja donde se sienta más a gusto, donde se sienta cómodo y sean feliz.
Sin duda la mejor época fue la de los 90, si pudiera regresar el tiempo, volvería a esa época, a escuchar esa buena música, con ese estilo único y clásico.
Espero leer sus opiniones con respecto a este tema, diganme si estoy errada, debo darle una oportunidad, si tal vez sea cierto no todas las canciones sean malas, puede exista una que otra que valga la pena, pero a mi parecer son escasas.
Con esto finalizo diciendo, la música es vida, es alegría, te da poder, te transmite, nada como escuchar una buena música, con una letra con las cuales puedas expresarte, reconfortarte y sentirté a gusto cantándola y escuchándola.
