When you think about yourself too much others tend to think the opposite of you

When we listen to other people's ideas we think about them and then we may say something like, I like that. But what happens when you actually try it? Does it work? How come you didn't think of it earlier? There are two things that happen when you engage in self talk, you either think about what you said or you don't.

When you don't believe in yourself people tend to think the opposite of you. Do you see where this is going? The two of these thoughts cancel each other out leaving you with just one thought. When you don't believe in yourself the thoughts become the truth.

What happens when you think of yourself too much is that your ego gets in the way. You start to feel worthless. This is because you believe that you know more than you actually do. When you believe you are worthless others will start to believe the same thing. You have to get yourself out of this mind set.

The easiest way to get out of this mindset is to focus on all the good things that you have done. When you think about yourself too much you will automatically start to compare yourself with others. The thing is you just have to understand that the only way to be happy is to be happy for others. Focus on what you have accomplished so far and let everyone else take care of the rest.

This brings up a very good point. People tend to think the way they act. When you act the way you do it doesn't mean that you think the same way. When you start to think the way you do it can be very confusing for the others involved.

If you are able to get out of the habit of doing this you will find that others will act the same way around you. When you get the chance to act the way you want to you will feel great. It won't take long before you find yourself acting that way yourself. So don't fight the urge to act the way you do.

A great way to overcome this is to just pretend nothing is happening. Pretend to be at peace as you work your way through your day. You don't need to wait until you are in a great mood or state of mind to do this. Just pretend to be at peace, this alone can make a big difference.

When you think of yourself as being a failure many times that is exactly how others will see you. They will think you don't strive hard enough for success. By changing your way of thinking you can begin to change how others see you. So, instead of thinking "I am a failure" replace it with "I could be a great success" you will be amazed at how quickly your outlook on life will change. You will be amazed at how much more confident you will feel.

all we have to do is improve our knowledge about whatever we want to be secure about, until we're sure we know more than we'll ever need to use
