Escogí para almorzar unos filetes de cerdo y los cociné al grill, a ésta proteína le di una sazón con un sabroso y sencillo condimento casero hecho con: cebolla, ajo, orégano, pimienta, limón, sal y aceite.

To cook the fillets well the grill should be quite hot, the cooking time will depend on the thickness of each piece, it will not take long actually it is quite fast, we just need to prevent it from drying out too much and after cooking let it rest for five minutes before cutting the fillets, you can leave them whole they will look beautiful and provocative, I cut them because I want to fill the plate with potatoes and I will also add a salad.

Para cocinar bien los filetes el grill debe estar bastante caliente, la cocción dependerá del grosor de cada pieza, no tardará mucho en realidad es bastante rápido, solo debemos evitar que se seque mucho y luego de cocinarlos dejamos que repose cinco minutos antes de cortar los filetes, puedes dejarlos enteros se verán hermosos y provocativos, yo los corté porque quiero llenar el plato con las papas y también agregaré una ensalada

I made the grilled potatoes as follows:

• Boil the potatoes whole for ten minutes.
• Let them rest, then cut them in half and season with salt, add oil and cover all the pieces.
• The grill or griddle I used to cook the pork served me perfectly to roast the potatoes, there was a delicious smoky smell due to the already charred onion that was at the bottom of the grill, this onion is the one that had the pork in its marinade.
• They are cooked on both sides leaving enough time to get a crispy layer.

Las papas a la plancha las hice de la siguiente manera:

• Hervir las papas enteras por diez minutos
• Dejar reposar, luego picar por la mitad y sazonar con sal, añadir aceite y cubrir todas las piezas
• El grill o plancha que utilice para cocinar el cerdo me sirvió perfectamente para asar las papas, había un delicioso olor ahumado debido a la cebolla ya carbonizada que estaba en el fondo del grill, ésta cebolla es la que tenía la carne de cerdo en su marinada
• Se cocinan por ambos lados dejando suficiente tiempo para que le quede una capa crujiente

I also made a cucumber salad quite easy, you will see I made it with: sliced cucumber, grated beets, lemon, salt and pepper; we only have to mix all the ingredients, it is simple and easy to make, I make it just before serving it is refreshing and tasty.

También hice una ensalada de pepino bastante fácil, verán la hice con: pepino rebanado, remolacha rallada, limon, sal y pimienta; solo debemos mezclar todos lo ingredientes , es sencilla y facil de hacer , la hago justo antes de servir es refrescante y sabrosa.

Es bastante confortable esta comida, todo queda sabroso y combinan a la perfección! ... es una forma sencilla de cocinar y a la vez un poquito rustica, las papas quedan tan deliciosas que hay que tomar previsiones y hacer suficientes.
