SPENDING OUR SUNNY SUNDAY WITH FRIENDS // PREVEZA CITY

It has been more than 3 weeks since we moved to Preveza city with my boyfriend @knowhow92 and life has changed a lot. Our daily routine is more chill without stress or pressure and also the weather here is still warm and sunny like it's still summer which is great. On the disadvantages it is a bit weird cause we still do not know many people here and sometimes this can be depress.

Although this weekend a friendly couple of us from our hometown came and stayed with us. It felt really good seeing some friends after three weeks and socialize. The weather was awesome this weekend full sunny and the temperature reached 30°C. That means that the conditions were perfect for a walk at the beach. The sea temperature was also perfect for swimming not hot but not cold either.

After beach we took a walk around the city center. The center is quite small for a city but what I like most is that it feels like you are on an island. All those small paving alleys with the old stores and houses are so inspiring to walk them. Flowers and rambling plants are all over the alleys which provide shade and beauty.

I felt in love with this beautiful wall art outside of a house. Those half ceramic pots with the lovely succulents inside and those amazing tiles with the colorful drawings are so unique esthetic. By the way all those painted tiles are showing the street number of the house.

As you can understand I am a huge fun of those quaint alleys, it reminds me something of another decade which is lovely. My eye can't stop distracted from this beauty and of course my camera is always ready for shots like this.

After a long walk around the center we found a super cozy restaurant to sit and enjoy a lunch. The restaurant is called Şeytan Pazar and it is located at a small alleyway of the center. There were trees and rambling plants at the top of us decorated with string lights and the furniture and the whole decorations was so vintage. The food was excelent cooked and super tasty and I also loved how shady was the spot so we could enjoy our lunch as we wanted.

What colorful painted houses! It really cheers you up and match perfectly with the whole scenery.

We stayed at the center until early night and enjoyed some drinks by the port of Preveza. The port was full of ships but there weren't so many people outside. The locals have told me that the city kinda depopulate as the winter is coming and the tourists have already decrease as well. I guess we wil understand that better the next months.

It was awesome being visited by our friends we had a great time and we also took the chance to find new places and shops around here. For the next weekend we are planning to visit with my boyfriend Lefkada island which is about half an hour from here and spend some time there, so I am looking forward for our trip!
