EASTER WELL SPENT

Hello my people, hope we you are having a great week and how excited are we to feature in another week of hiveghana?...
it's another week of hiveghana and am gonna be picking that topics randomly... starting with march recap and easter celebrations...

As we all know rain mostly starts falling during March, but despite that it has been a month of heat suffering from west region in Nigeria. It's a time we all acknowledge the important of air conditioner or electric fan.

March wasn't a bad month for me in terms of finance, I had lots of good experience and it has been my best month for this year so far. I had always been anti-ceremonial until one of my friends had his wedding in the second week of March which I had no choice but to attend, I initially wanted to construct a tangible excuse to give to him but mehn! he is so dear to me, and also I thought about reaping what you sow.

It was in another state (Ilesha in Sound state, a west region of Nigeria), and I had to leave before that D-day not because of the distance but he asked me to come to sort things for me, he asked me to be in charge of drinks and I also had a rehearsal with his church choir to perfect the song they have been rehearsing and I had to play the guitar for them.

It was a sweet experience as I had to leave very early on friday as it was scheduled on Saturday which was the next day. I got there and I was gladly welcomed and I was so happy to see him once again, he welcomed me into one of his luxurious room which I later left for the rehearsal in the evening, it was all sweet around.

The second remarkable event that took place was my father's birthday and retirement service. His birthday was march 28, Thursday and the retirement was scheduled to be on the 30th which was on Saturday, but due to his unavailability, we had to schedule both birthday surprise and retirement on saturday 30th, which eventually was also easter day.

The birthday surprise came very early in the morning as early as 6:30am, it was all lovely as we had friends and family come celebrate with us. I was home on friday and had to make preparations concerning the success of the program. Unfortunately for us the M.C initially thought would entertain us was having his wedding ceremony on same day, so I had to phantom a means. I called a friend of mine who was a good comedian and we eventually worked together to make things bloom.

It was after late in the morning that we started the retirement and we were done before evening, at the end of that day we were all tired as we all quietly went to bed.
