THE BIGGEST RISK IS NOT TAKING ANY RISK

As the popular Mark Zugerberg says "The biggest risk is not taking any risk...".
Maybe it's due to the fact that am an entrepreneur,I believe this life generally is a risk.

I could remember one of the courses I offered then, "risk management", believing that every step we make in life in risk. We going out of our house to find daily bread is risk, sitting on a bench is risk, taking bath in your bathroom is a risk and every other activities by human being is risk,in summary everything In life is risk because eventually might turn bad.

" The greater the risk, the higher the return ", but while playing risk,we have to consider risk that will not ruin us.
As an entrepreneur, risk is the first feature you must attain, if not you'll not make it far. A lot of billionaires makes it by playing one or more risk,they make the risk analysis and examine the approach towards it.

Apart from being an entrepreneur,there are other ways risk could be effective,I could remember while I was in my final year in my tetiary school days, I did a particular course which I was very sure of but when the result came out, I failed it.

This really baffled me because I was sure of what I wrote, how possible could I get 20% in a course I bought the handout, did all assignment,attempted the test and never skipped the class and did the examination well.

I analysed every possible cause of failure and I couldn't pick a reason. I made up my mind to approach the lecturer in charge of the course.

I told my friends about my decision,but they were all against it, telling me things might go wrong and might eventually have problem with the lecturer because of he is an hot-tempered person. Some even said what if that's really my score, which I knew I did more than that ,while few supported my idea.

I thought about all their advices ,but had to pick one. Well I was sure of what I did in the exams alone not to talk of others join.

I made my decision and approached the lecturer in a very respectful manner and explained my situation to him, I showed him the handout I bought and how I did other test and exam.
He scolded me and told me that's my score, telling me what would he gain in my failure, but I kept pleading to cross-check my script, that even hot him more angry and was about to send me out, before he called me back and ask me questions,if I was a bonafide class-goodie.

He asked me few questions in the manual and who our course and class rep is, I answered all correctly and he was surprised,then he directed me to a desk where our script was kept, I checked and saw mine ,lo and behold I was unmarked, I quickly showed him and he was sorry, definitely he recorded only the C.A, he took out the marking guide and score sheet, marked it immediately which I got 45/70,added with the C.A is 65/100. He took his PC and edited it immediately with 'B' grade and apologized for it.

I left his office with an happy face, I analysed and took the risk and it worked for me hadn't been I had kept quiet,I would have gotten extra year like some of my friends did.
