WORDS OF GRATITUDE

Wishing everyone compliment of the season, we started this last year with sound health and also ended it in a better one.
Surely everything that has begining must have an ending, just like yesterday when we started January of last year, I could remember how I slept church over the night just to plea to God to perfect my life for the year.

During the year there has been times of raining and times of sunny, there has been light and darkness, there has been boon and bane, time to weep and time to laugh but in the good moments, I take it as a blessing from God, while during the bad, I take it as a lesson learnt. The just concluded year has been one of the best year I have ever experienced, there's a lot to say about it and lots of people to appreciate.

But first and foremost I need to thank God for His love and grace over my life, His compassion is incomparable to none, despite my shortcomings throughout the year, yet He never broke His convenant with me, imagine where I could have been of not for God, so for that reason my utmost gratitude goes to Him.

The previous year (2023) has been a year I met most people in my life, actually I changed environment and has made me a different person to the extent that I had to change my name, I started using my third name instead of middle name, I feel there's a need to make myself more exciting and enjoy the morning moment.

There is an adage in my local dialect (yoruba) which the translation means “God will not come down from heaven, it's an human He will send on His behalf”. Indeed God has sent people on His behalf to sustain me throughout the previous year, where should I even start from.

Starting from my parents, those people too try for me, even though I no longer collect stipends from them but their prayers, support and constant check-up is second to none, I really appreciate them from the bottom of my heart.

How enough can I thank my siblings, they're great people and am the luckiest person for having them in my life, they made the year an unforgettable one due to their support.

What about my friends, my church members, my co-workers, my boss at work, my relatives, my Pastor, my hive bosses and lots I can't even mention all, I for mention my girlfriend but I no get one, nobody wan date me 😂😂😂, to everyone that helped my life in one way or the other, I sincerely appreciate you all from the depth of my heart, even though we might have some misunderstanding, you never let it bring an end to our friendship.

And to those I offended one way or the other, I just want to let you know that I am just an human, and no man is perfect, please accept me with my flaws, I promise to be a better person, let's just keep the momentum and I believe everything will be alright.

Hello @imaculate50
We've noticed that your engagement with other authors is poor, and that's not encouraging at all. You need to make comments on the post of others and also reply to comments on your posts as well. This is to foster growth within the community.
