Feliz noche un placer compartir una vez más con ustedes, en esta ocasión les muestro la receta de unas fáciles y nutritivas croquetas de carne de soya y chía ideales para disfrutar en un desayuno, almuerzo o cena y acompañarla con el contorno de nuestra preferencia, la carne de soya tiene un alto contenido de proteína vegetal, fibra vitaminas y minerales aquí les muestro el paso a paso de esta sencilla y deliciosa receta.

  • 100 gramos de carne de soya
  • 1/4 taza de harina de maiz
  • 1 cebolla pequeña
  • 1/4 cucharadita de comino
  • 1/4 cucharadita de cilantro en polvo
  • 1/2 cucharadita de ajo en polvo
  • 1/2 cucharada de salsa de soya
  • 1 cucharada de chía
  • Sal y pimienta al gusto
  • Orégano
  • Aceite vegetal
  • 100 grams of soy meat
  • 1/4 cup corn flour
  • 1 small onion
  • 1/4 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon coriander powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon chia
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Oregano
  • Vegetable oil

Para preparar estas croquetas lo primero que haremos es hidratar la carne de soya para ello la colocamos en un bol y le agregamos 4 tazas de agua caliente la dejamos reposar por 25 minutos, luego escurrimos y exprimimos bien para retirarle el exceso de agua y quede de forma de carne molida; hidratamos también la chía con 2 cucharadas de agua la dejamos unos minutos; lavamos y rallamos la cebolla y reservamos.

To prepare these croquettes the first thing we will do is to hydrate the soy meat, for this we place it in a bowl and add 4 cups of hot water, let it stand for 25 minutes, then drain and squeeze well to remove excess water and leave it in the form of ground meat; we also hydrate the chia with 2 tablespoons of water, let it stand for a few minutes; wash and grate the onion and reserve.



En un bol colocamos la carne la añadimos la cebolla, sal, pimienta, ajo en polvo, comino, cilantro y la chía mezclamos le agregamos orégano y vamos colocando la harina poco a poco amasamos hasta obtener una masa homogénea dejamos reposar si lo prefieren pueden utilizar harina de trigo, avena o de arroz.

Vamos tomando porciones de esta mezcla y formamos bolitas le damos forma de arepa y colocamos en una plancha caliente y ligeramente engrasada al dorar volteamos y cocinamos por el otro lado hasta que dore si lo prefieren las puedes hornear o freir.

Ya listas servimos caliente acompañada con el contorno de nuestra preferencia yo serví en esta oportunidad con papas al vapor y unas ruedas de tomate.
