Feliz y bendecido inicio de semana, me alegra compartir con ustedes una vez más, en esta oportunidad les traigo una receta de mi proteína favorita se trata de pollo al horno con mostaza y orégano, me gusta mucho prepararlo de esta manera porque me parece la forma más saludable de consumirlo, además este pollo es muy fácil de preparar no necesita muchos ingredientes y tiene un sabor delicioso, el pollo aquí les dejo el paso a paso de esta sencilla receta.

  • 700 gramos de pollo
  • 1 cebolla
  • 1 cucharada de mostaza
  • Sal al gusto
  • 1/2 cucharada de ajo en polvo
  • 1/2 cucharada de limón pepper
  • Orégano al gusto
  • 700 grams of chicken

Para preparar este pollo lo primero que haremos es lavar bien el pollo quitarle la piel y aderezamos con sal, ajo en polvo, limón pepper, orégano y mostaza mezclamos lo colocamos en un pyrex le agregamos cebolla picada en Juliana tapamos con papel aluminio y dejamos reposar por una hora aproximadamente para que se impregne de sabor, si lo prefieren pueden agregarles también los vegetales de su preferencia.

Llevamos a horno precalentado a 180°C transcurrido 45 minutos sacamos del horno retiramos el papel de aluminio volteamos y lo volvemos a meter en el horno hasta que dore.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C. After 45 minutes, remove from the oven, remove the aluminum foil, turn over and put it back in the oven until golden brown.



Ya listo el pollo lo podemos acompañar con el contorno de nuestra preferencia yo prepare unas arañitas de plátano verde y una ensalada de repollo y zanahoria para servir este plato y disfrutar de este delicioso y nutritivo almuerzo.
