Maravilloso y bendecido día, me alegra compartir una vez más con ustedes, en esta ocasión les muestro la preparación para un almuerzo fácil y saludable se trata de unos filetes de pechuga con ajo y perejil a la plancha acompañada de arroz y papas con espinacas al vapor y plátano frito, este plato es muy nutritivo ya que contiene todos los nutrientes que necesita nuestro cuerpo necesita aquí les dejo el paso a paso.

  • 2 filetes de pechuga de pollo
  • 300 gramos de papa
  • Espinaca
  • Una ramita de cilantro
  • Sal y pimienta al gusto
  • 3 dientes de ajo
  • Aceite de oliva
  • Perejil seco
  • 2 chicken breast fillets
  • 300 grams of potato
  • Spinach
  • A sprig of cilantro
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • Olive oil
  • Dried parsley

Lavamos y aderezamos los filetes de pechuga con sal, pimienta, ajo machacado, perejil seco y un chorrito de aceite de oliva mezclamos y dejamos reposar.

Wash and season the breast fillets with salt, pepper, crushed garlic, dried parsley and a dash of olive oil, mix and let stand.



En una plancha ligeramente engrasada ponemos los filetes de pechuga y cocinamos hasta dorar por ambos lados.

Lavamos y pelamos las papas y la cocinamos al vapor junto a unas hojas de espinaca que retiramos como a los cinco minutos de cocción y dejamos cocinar las papas hasta que ablande, en un bol colocamos las papas y las espinacas picadas le preparamos un aderezo con aceite de oliva, sal y cilantro se lo añadimos a las papas y mezclamos.

Preparamos arroz para acompañar este plato colocando en una paila tres cuarta taza de arroz, taza y media de agua, sal al gusto cocinamos hasta que este seco.

We prepare rice to accompany this dish by placing in a pan three fourth cup of rice, cup and a half of water, salt to taste and cook until it is dry.



Listo los filete, las papas y el arroz servimos y disfrutamos de este fácil y delicioso almuerzo.
