That's how I celebrated Christmas and Christmas Eve.[Esp-Eng]

Maravilloso y bendecido día, espero que haya pasado una feliz navidad, un placer volver a compartir en esta maravillosa y querida comunidad de @family-friends hoy les voy a comentar como celebramos en casa nuestra navidad y nochebuena época hermosa de paz, unión y esperanza y sobre todo mucha alegría esperando la llegada del niño Jesús.

Wonderful and blessed day, I hope you had a happy Christmas. It's a pleasure to share again in this wonderful and beloved community of @family-friends. Today I'm going to tell you how we celebrate Christmas and Christmas Eve at home, a beautiful time of peace, unity, and hope, and above all, much joy as we await the arrival of the baby Jesus.

Ya como teníamos los preparativos casi listos para la cena decidí ir a la misa de nochebuena con mi mamá, mi hermana, mi hermano y su esposa la celebración fue a las 8:00 de la noche estuvo hermosa nos quedamos hasta las 9:00 pm de allí fuimos a casa de mis padres a terminar de arreglar la mesa para la cena, el plato constaba de unas hallacas preparadas por mis hermanas y yo, pernil que preparó mi sobrina y ensalada de pollo realizada por mi cuñada, pan de jamón, vino, torta que preparó mi hermana @wendy-th16, refresco y uvas.

Since we had almost finished preparing for dinner, I decided to go to Christmas Eve Mass with my mother, sister, brother, and his wife. The celebration was at 8:00 p.m. and was beautiful. We stayed until 9:00 p.m., and then we went to my parents' house to finish setting the table for dinner. The meal consisted of hallacas prepared by my sisters and me, pork prepared by my niece, chicken salad made by my sister-in-law, ham bread, wine, cake prepared by my sister @wendy-th16, soft drinks, and grapes.

Al momento de cenar entonamos un aguinaldo, mi hermano hizo la oración de la familia y mi hermana @theresa16, la oración de la bendición de los alimentos dimos gracias a Dios y brindamos, cenamos realmente todo estaba delicioso.

At dinner time, we sang a Christmas carol, my brother said the family prayer, and my sister @theresa16 said the blessing over the food. We gave thanks to God and toasted each other. We had dinner, and everything was really delicious.

Al terminar la cena, hicimos un intercambio de regalos está vez elegimos chucherías (golosinas) y sacamos un papelito al azar, todos recibieron muy entusiasmados sus presentes.

After dinner, we exchanged gifts. This time we chose sweets and picked a piece of paper at random. Everyone was very excited to receive their gifts.

Luego nos fuimos al garage de la casa para hablar, beber y bailar, a las 12:00 entonamos aguinaldos para recibir el nacimiento del niño Jesús, y por último hicimos nuestra pijamada solo estábamos mis hermanas @wendy-th16 y @theresa16 y yo.

Then we went to the garage of the house to talk, drink, and dance. At midnight, we sang Christmas carols to welcome the birth of baby Jesus, and finally, we had a sleepover with just my sisters @wendy-th16 and @theresa16 and me.

Aunque no estaba la familia completa la verdad la pasamos muy bien, compartimos que es la verdadera esencia de la navidad pasarla al lado de la familia y estrechar esos lazos familiares que nos llenan de paz, amor y felicidad ya que es el día que nació el redentor del mundo.

Although not the whole family was there, we had a wonderful time. We shared that the true essence of Christmas is spending it with family and strengthening those family ties that fill us with peace, love, and happiness, as it is the day the savior of the world was born.

Así fue nuestra velada de navidad y nochebuena, muchas gracias por visitar mi blog y espero que hayan pasado una Feliz navidad, hasta la próxima y muchas bendiciones.
