Hello brothers and sisters, We are Indonesia Bersatu, a Punk Rock band from the city of Medan, Indonesia. It's great to be back and sharing music videos with all the full band members on the weekly #openmic event which has entered its 151st week. So, the theme for this week is "Faith, Hope, and Love" chosen by this week's spotlight artist @deeanndmathews. This is an interesting theme, so we chose a cover song entitled "Ibu", in English Mother which was written by Haddad Alwi, a religious musician from Iran living in Indonesia.

The reason we are bringing a song about mothers on this week's theme is that mothers have a special place in our hearts because they are the first people who showed us selfless love and gave us a sense of security. Unconditional love and unwavering support make them irreplaceable. There is a saying that a mother's love lasts forever. So, as long as we are still breathing in this world, mother always prays for us, asking God to protect us wherever we are. Therefore it is important to love our mothers.

The song we present today tells the story of a child who loves his mother very much. He wants to thank his mother because, for him, his mother is the light of life when he feels dark. He believes that his mother is everything, without a mother, he is like a speck of dust flying in the wind. From this song we all also want to thank and bow down to mother.
