Ingredients
Plain flour 250 gram
Luke warm water as required
Salt 1 tea spoon
Cumin seeds half table spoon
Ghee 50 g
Carrom seeds( Ajwain) Quarter teaspoon
Add all the dry ingredients in the plain flour and mix it well. Add ghee and mix it again.
Now gradually start adding water and knead it well. You need to get a dough which is neither soft nor hard. Cover it, leave it for 30 minutes. Now make 2 balls with this dough and roll the first of one. Make a big "THIN" chappati (don't worry, your chappati doesn't need to be exact round, it can be in any shape) . Now cut it into Namak para shapes and fry them in piping hot oil. Take them out on the tissue. Repeat the same procedure with the 2nd dough. You can store it in air tight jar and enjoy it by whilst watching movie or reading a book
