April is the cruellest month
During the siesta on this tropical country, the neighbourhood fall as still as the night. At this hour, when everyone is drowsy or panting in the extreme heat, I like to walk alone in the empty streets. It feels like the sunlight is piercing the skin like a needle. Maybe a few people are resting under the shade of a tree and sometimes a motorcycle whizzes by. Wandering around and taking pictures has become my addiction during this siesta time
Although it was often cloudy, there was not a single drop of rain throughout April.People's life is disrupted in this intense heat.Maybe that's why the great T. S. Eliot said-
April is the cruellest month, breeding Lilacs out of the dead land, mixing Memory and desire.
The summer fruits are growing on the trees, but have not yet begun to ripen. And in a few days the surroundings will be filled with the sweet smell of ripe mangoes and jackfruits. When I was a child, I couldn't resist the temptation to eat raw mango pickle at this time
Even though spring is over, the cuckoo still sings sometimes. Everyone is eagerly waiting for monsoon to start.
