Hope that birth faith for impact

Roman 4:19-22: And being not weak in faith, he considered not his own body now dead, when he was about an hundred years old, neither yet the deadness of Sarah's womb. He staggered not at the promise of God through unbelief; but was strong in faith, giving glory to God; And being fully persuaded that, what he had promised, he was able also to perform.

Hope is based on promises and who made the promise.

Hope is assurance that the promise given will be fulfilled. the scripture described the level and confidence Abraham had in God which enable him to create impact which all the earth is enjoying. Hope is based on the person given, in verse 20 of the scripture, the Bible says, He staggered not at the promise of God through unbelief Staggering means distrust, confusion, lack of focus. Abraham didn't staggered because of He knew who promised him something.

How does Hope relate to impact

Making impact is a promise God had promised everyone

Genesis 1:26 And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth.

Impact is effecting a change either internally or externally

It occurs when there is a relative believe or action. This is the first point of impact making, it's the understanding of the promise which brings hope that producing faith for impact.

Genesis 1:28 And God blessed them, and God said unto them, Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it: and have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over every living thing that moveth upon the earth.

Impact come by revelation, this is when understanding the very purpose of God in the above face of scripture.

Why Does people stagger and live unfulfilled live neither make any impact?

This happened when people forget the promises of God. impact will not happen until there's a knowing. A poor man is a man that is hopeless, one characteristic of a poor man is fear and why a is man poor, is lacking of understanding that there's a promise in his life that will be fulfilled in future. Also, a poor man believes there's no tomorrow so eats everything today, he doesn't believe or have posterity neither legacies. This is why Christ came

Luke 4:18-19: The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, because he hath anointed me to preach the gospel to the poor; he hath sent me to heal the brokenhearted, to preach deliverance to the captives, and recovering of sight to the blind, to set at liberty them that are bruised, to preach the acceptable year of the Lord.

A man poor man doesn't need money but a renewal of mind. This is the first mission statement of Jesus, a poor needs good-news and a message of hope

For the giving of money will still make him poor without renewing his mind, and having hope on God's promises in his life rather than thinking and consuming all today.

1 Samuel 15:17: And Hannah answered and said, No, my lord, I am a woman of a sorrowful spirit: I have drunk neither wine nor strong drink, but have poured out my soul before the Lord. Count not thine handmaid for a daughter of Belial: for out of the abundance of my complaint and grief have I spoken hitherto. Then Eli answered and said, Go in peace: and the God of Israel grant thee thy petition that thou hast asked of him.

Hannah who was poor in child-bearing, when she received the word hope, a promise of God got up and was satisfied and the hope birthed impact in entire Israel.

The problem of Esau wasn't hunger but the fear of death which is one of the characteristics of a poor man.

Genesis 25:32: And Esau said, Behold, I am at the point to die: and what profit shall this birthright do to me?

To him, there's no vision for tomorrow but to eat anything and everything today. Wealth and impact start from mind

Roman 12:2; And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.

Why Christ endures the pains and affliction was because he knew the promises of God and the crown awaiting him, so He wasn't afraid of death because he has hope. Any man that lives in the fear of death can not make impact. Thank you very much for being a part of my progress on Hive Blockchain technology by visiting my blog to read my posts.
