NO ONE IS WILLING TO HELP

It is very sad that people pay no attention to others while living even when they could help. In most cases, they have what it takes to better the person's life but greed, hypocrisy and lack of human sympathy couldn't allow them and they purposeful refused to render so help only to show such willingness at dead of which such has no value. It is very sad that our society has grown deep in helping the dead person than while alive. The expression of love to the dead soul than when alive is an expression of hypothyroidism. Why not express the love when during life time. Many would even be happy seeing another suffer but same will be willing to plan and sponsor the fellow's burial.

A landlord sent his tenant packing because he couldn't renewed his rent due to his financial instability. He then applied for loan at his work place but wasn't approved. He went to seek for help from one of the prominent figure in the community but he refused helping. He went to all his relatives who were well to do but he couldn't find help.

He was left all alone in his mysterious state without help or assistant. He decided to create awareness about his present predicament by posting in all his social media, seeking for help yet none was willing to show forth but the highest response he could get was four comments with, "How I wish I could help" and five likes on Instagram and same on Facebook.

The frustration was too much that he decided to message his friends on his contact list if they could still help him with N50,000 naira to part pay his house rent. So sad for him only five persons out of Hundred friends he messaged reply back. Unfortunately, four responded "I would love to give if I have" only one gave N15,000 Naira. Meanwhile, before now the landlord had locked the house with his belongings outside until he pays his rent.

His belongings were thrown outside under an heavy rain fall just infront of his house. He became double frustrated with different thought in his mind. He thought of drinking poison or running into a moving vehicle or committing suicide. While thinking of these, he didn't know he was already in the midst of an express. A truck ran on him and he crushed to pieces. Immediately, the terrible news of his dismiss gone viral all over social media. Facebook alone has over two thousand comments, expressing how humble, loving and caring he was with over three thousand likes. The landlord opened his parlour to receive hundred of visitors who came to mourn with him over the sudden dismiss of his gentle tenant. Moreso, already and for his burial started after few days without waste of time. His friends set up a planning committee to plan a befitting burial for their good friend and there was a massive financial turn out from his friends with over N1.5 million from sympathisers.

His colleagues at the place of work sent in N500,000 to buy his coffin and rent other materials. This is the kind of society we live, this is the kind of society we find ourselves. This is the same person who could not find N50,000 to solve his bothering problem but gotten over millions of money to support his burial. What a terrible world.
