Making a hair band for my little neice💗

I want to share to you how i made this little hairband for my baby neice

I visited them because I'm on holidays and since ive been bored, i decided to do a little thing for my girl
I choosed the hair band because her hair was big and she wasn't plaiting it and i knew the hairband will help the hair look a little better

So these were the steps i used to arrive at this pretty hair band
I found a remaining pink wool at home and didn't hesitate to use it because it was a suitable colour
Firstly i made a chain with my pin and wool, a chain of wool according to the size of her head

After making the chains according to her measurement i moved to the next row using normal knitting method

After making the second row, i arrived at the third row which was a bit different..
In the third row i knitted 5 chains before putting it in the hole(i skipped three holes each).. why i did this was to arrive at a kind of rose pattern and which created beautiful holes in the band

After i got my desired Holes, i knitted 5 times into each hole to create something beautiful out of it and that was how i arrived at the final size

After the final size, i felt the band wasn't too pretty so i decided to attach something to fancy it a bit

After making my little rose which although wasn't too perfect,i attached it to the band
Even though i wasn't too excited at what i did, I was consoled because it's my first time

When I arrived at this point i joined the band to create a round size and this is what i got
