I thought even the manager of FTX also filled for bankruptcy and the FTX issue is yet to be solved? Does it really have a say having considered investors funds makes up the majority.

I think everything with FTX right now us a mess and everyone is trying to take whatever they can that's of value from the sinking ship. And with a crash of this magnitude, the investors definitely come first.
