Laptop Problems and Thier Solution

Question

Good morning engineer, my name is Busuraya, I have been experiencing this issue with my laptop, ever since I formated it I am not able to connect to the wifi in my home any longer. What is the issue or do I purchase a new laptop.

Solution

You do not need to purchase a new laptop, all you have to do is to use the wifi drivers to drive your wifi inorder to be seen by the system.

Go to a computer engineering store ask them you need drivers that will be able to drive wifi. They will give you a 14 in one disk driver which you will use to solve the problem.

If the problem still persist, you can call my attention.

Question
Hy engineer, I bought a HP laptop long ago but I haven't been frequently using it. I just discovered when I want to boot it, it displays a malware fault such as memory test, harddrive test, e.t.c. what does it mean?

Solution
Ok, why not run the harddrive test and allow it to check your harddrive an if it is faulty. At the end of it, it should display a successfully passed test. If it doesn't display, then you need to replace your harddrive and format your system.

Question
Hy engineer, I have kept my system for a long time and it keeps restarting when ever I try to boot it. What is the problem?

Solution

Restarting in laptops or desktop indicates there is a missing boot file. All boot file are carried out by power on self test for the basic input and output system. If one file is missing in the boot sequence, it redirects the computer to reboot. That is why you experience restart. What to do is reboot the system again and press f5 on the keyboard. It varies for some system.

Take it back to last Successful boot. Or safe booting. Safe booting will take the system back to the last state it was including the configuration when the the system wasn't faulty.

If the problem persist, you can format the system. But most importantly, read what it is displayed on the screen to have a fair knowledge bof where the problems comes from.

If the problem persist call me I can assist you to format the harddrive.

Conclusively
The system is a component of hardware, software and Peopleware. Once the hardware is faulty, you cannot use the software, once the software is faulty, you cannot use the hardware. Then once you are faulty (Peopleware) you won't be able to use any of them either. Those three components works together to achieve the whole functionality of the computer system.
