Making fruit salad/ creative Sunday

Hey peers ..!!
I’m bringing myself back with another amazing food blog.

Many of you probably prefer vegetables in their diet because they are highly nutritious, and some of you may enjoy vegetable salads more. However, fruit salads are more popular in our region, and I know that many of you might not be familiar with fruit salad recipes. And this is why I'm here, with my fruit salad recipe.

Ingredients

It’s so simple.Bring any of fuits according to your likings.

But the fruits i choose are:

• Grapes
• Bananas
• Apples
• Guavas
• Melon
• Strawberry
• Sugar
• Dairy cream
• Chaat masala (blend of spices like cumin,coriander,blacksalt)
• Rose-flavoured syrup

Procedure:

It’s just a two step recipe.Firstly we have to cut all the fruits and then mix them with with sugar,cream and other required things.
Lets pop in the process how i made the salad.

At first i choose grapes and bananas to be cut because i find them easier than other.

Green grapes are best suited for salad but unfortunately it was unavailable in the market so i have to pick purple one.I parted the grape pieces in two parts and removed the seeds.

After this i cut the peeled banana into pieces.

Now its turn for melons.

cut them open and removed their seeds first.

Here are the melons with new haircut😅.Now its time for the melon to be cut into small pieces like its other fruit-mates.

Then apples got their turn.

This is how shaved apple looks.😅

After cutting them into four pieces ,now its time for them to follow the footsteps of their fellow ones and being cut down into small pieces.

Guavas on their way to follow the same destiny.

After cutting these fruits i place them all in a spacious bowl so that i can mix them well and easily.

Now its time for Chaat Masala to join the fruits in the bowl.Add the amount according to your taste.You may also skip this part.

After adding the Spice ,add required amount of sugar in the fruit mixture.

Now adding the rose syrup enhances the look and flavour of the salad.

Adding cream is the last step to be done.

Mix them well till the sugar melts away completely and then keep it in the referigator.

After cooling it down i transfer the salad to the glass bowl so that i can enhance its appearance by cutting strawberry on it.

After this i cut down some strawberries on it.

Here a finger heart to my own creation.

Now its time for me to treat myself 🤩.

It taste so yummy. Its a must try thing and required no cooking just cutting at your comfort zone. So try it and give me your precious reviews.
