No Masks? Physically Remove Fliers, Put Them On No-Fly List: Indian High Court Instructs DGCA

Hello everyone on the InformationWar platform!

I thought that everything about covid-19 protocols are already gone down the road, but in more recent times, it's looming again.

Since the new wave of Covid-19 in China in April, 2022, most countries in Asia have placed strict measures to avoid the spread of Covid to other parts of the country.

Most recently, an Indian High Court have taken serious decisions reading to No Mask for those that are making use of the airplanes.

The high court said all such persons, who are found to be violating these norms, should be charged and fined and they should be placed on the no-fly list and added that it is essential to introduce sufficient deterrence to enforce compliance of norms.Source

The decision of the court is in consonance with the ongoing rise in covid-19 pandemic across and the country needs serious measures to enforce compliance. Compliance according to the court can come through the following: fines and charges, placing victims on No-fly lists and by arresting them.

It said it is noticed that very often the norms are not implemented on the ground with the seriousness with which they are framed and therefore, it is essential for the authorities, including Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) to ensure that the implementation on the ground is effected properly.Source

It's usually a very serious in highly populated countries to enforce a certain laws made by government that aren't enacted by the legislative branch of government. But this time around, the court is instructing the appropriate authorities incharge of enforcement to add seriousness to their job description.

"For this purpose, we are of the view that the DGCA should give separate binding directions to all airlines to authorise the staff at airports and in aircraft, including air hostesses, captains, pilots and others to take strict action against passengers and others who violate the masking and hand hygiene norms," a bench of Acting Chief Justice Vipin Sanghi and Justice Sachin Datta said.Source

This to me is a right steps towards the right direction. To enforce this, all airlines must comply to the decisions of the court and place violators of the law on a No-fly lists.

Hello there,

appreciate you sharing an opinion i'm entirely against in a legible & reasonable way.

Your points about densely populated countries with a lot of travellers is fair but putting trust into the so-called expert judgements & advice from Politicians and Judiciary has gotten us nowhere in 2 years.
No one has been held accountable for the #plandemic #covid-19 global health and economic devastation yet.. so it's a bit pointless making such a strict decision requiring the mandating of masks on airplanes now.

The transmissability of the Omicron variant means that everyone on that airplane flight will be exposed to Omicron, whether wearing facemasks or not. I don't see the apparent dangers or risks like the Indian High Court did in their decision and don't understand why it's being pushed in the press this way (except of course, to cause fear!)

Thank you very much, I also don't believe in wearing masks and this is just to get the media with their lies about the transmissibility of the plandemic like you said. Thank you.
