Why quit when you're at the edge of your breakthrough - a little more patience is needed

Good evening to everyone on the Cent platform and in extension the entire hive blockchain.

Why do people give up so easily? Why do people start a thing they can't finish? What do they need to sustain their journey through life's huddles?

The other day I heard a young teenage boy saying he's tired of life and I immediately asked him asked him how old he is, and he reluctantly said, 19. Two things came into my mind: probably he's having depressive episodes or probably hardship. But as we continued discussing, I discovered that he been trying to get admission into college (university) and I just remembered a friend who tried 9 times before getting the admission, meanwhile this young teenage boy just wrote the exam for the second time.

I'm beginning to wrong if being patient in doing things is now wrong or if patience as virtue is no longer needed in the generation.

This is what I've discovered is the problem, people easily quit when they're about to have a breakthrough in life. Remember that is usually said that there's light at the end of the tunnel, so patience is actually needed to succeed in life.

What does patience do at this point in time? Patience does 3 major things:

  • makes us stronger
  • prepares us to fit into what's ahead.
  • bring the best in us.

For those that wants to have a breakthrough in business and the financial world, you need to get matured for that thing you desire. I have a friend who's into crypto trading for the past 6 years and anytime I look at his progress, it amazes me that he's not really make much progress, irrespective of the profit he makes on a weekly basis.

I think this is because he isn't matured enough and likely doesn't have matured minds around him. Being financially matured makes you know what to do with the huge sum of money that you make on a daily basis.

Another thing that makes us to give up easily is the fact that we set wrong priorities. Wrong priorities have a way of frustrating our ambitions in life.

I'll conclude by saying, not give up, it's closer than you imagined.

Thanks and God bless you
