Guideline for newbies

It's me, @intishar once again here . Today I am here to give some instructions to newbies in this platform. I just hope that it will be beneficial for them. I am giving instruction on the based on my experience in this platform. So let's start. . . . . . . . .

Account Security

At the beginning the most important thing is the security of your own account. So you should not share the any kind of key/password to others . And if you already have done this or your are suspecting that somebody else can also access your account, you should generate new key for this as early as possible.

introduction post

You should need to write a post about yourself in details including where are you from, what you like to do, about your education, hobby etc. Add #introductionyourself tag in your post and i suggest to publish it in OCD community because it's one the best community for intro post and make upvotes which inspire a new user .

What you should do and what you shouldn't ?

Post regularly

Posting in regular basis is very important . Other users can know about you and your thoughts through your article. So i think you should try to post a article in every day at least you should make one article in each two days if you don't have enough time. Besides through it you may can get some reward and it motivate a author to continue writing. But in case of quality of post you should need to be careful.

Interact with other through comments & replies

As i said posting is important in regular basis but making comments in others post is more important than posting article. It will help you to interact with others and make new friends in this platform. You should maintain quality comments means comment related with that article and don't spam .

Try to feel what you are writing

Writing should be connected with your emotion otherwise you can't able to bring out all thoughts from inner yourself . A reader connect with you through your writing as well as the emotion which you provide in your article. So it's necessary to connect yourself in writing with your emotions and thoughts.

Resource credit

Resource credit (RC) allow you to making post and comments. At the beginning your Recourse credit was 100%. Making post and comments decrease resource credit mostly. In fact following and unfollowing also require resource credit. If resource credit become zero you won't allow to make post and comments. Resource credit regenerate with time. But at the beginning it took huge time to regenerate.

HP=hive power

Hive power (HP) also known as liquid Hive is very important for growth of your account. At the beginning you may face difficulties because of low resource credit. Hive power is the solution of it and it allow you to regenerate RC faster. In other word it help you to interact with many people through comments. If you have enough HP then you should not need to be worry about recourse credit because the problem we face for low RC solve automatically. Besides increasing HP increase the voting power of you.

Don't misbehave with others

We all here from many countries. And having some variation in thoughts can occur between us. Someone may think almost opposite of you but it does not mean he is your enemy. You should need to respect others opinion and make a friendly environment avoiding the differences.

Don't plagiarize

Plagiarism is not allowed in this platform. Everyone is here to share their thoughts, emotions which came from inside of everyone. So always be the honest one and be creative. Remember one thing that if you cheat you will be caught one day.

Image with proper source

Whenever you will use any image in your article you should provide the image source if you downloaded it from somewhere. Try to use copyright free images.

Feel yourself, don't rush and don't force yourself to write.

You are not a robot who can work 24 hours. You have a heart and you have emotions. And writing is deeply connected with emotions. If you don't feel comfortable to write then, Keep aside writing and do something different. Forcing yourself you may write an article but it will not be the best one which one we want from you. So don't rush for writing to earning rewards.

Don't feel jealousy to see other succes/reward and don't compare.

This is very important one I think. Such us somebody wrote a article and he get huge reward where you think your article was much better than it. Such kind of thing will demotivate you only, nothing more. Besides jealousy will take place in your heart. If you compare it will be bad for you. So don't do it and try to be happy to see the success of others.

Use Ecency frontend

There exist several frontend like Ecency, Peakd, Leofinance . All frontend are good and i don't have any objections about any one.
But I suggest you to use ECENCY frontend for several reasons. The reason are:-

• You can earn points by making post, comments & rebloging.
• Using this points you can boost your post
• Using this points you can promote your post which help yoo to explore more.

It's just my opinion but you can use any frontend whatever you like and where you feel more comfortable.

Don't lose hope and keep your consistence.

I appreciate that the time you are spending to write a article has value. Whenever after writing a good article you don't get any upvotes or rewards you may feel bad for this but you should not loss your hope. Just continuously keep writing with a consistence and interact with others. I am giving you the guarantee that consistency will pay you later.
