Isolated Lockdown

We are still in lockdown on our yacht in French St Martin. Would love to hear where everyone is currently in self isolation?

I took this shot of a remote alpine cabin nestled among the dolerite on the Ben Lomond plateau in Tasmania, Australia. Seems like a good place to be in lock down, its probably starting to snow up there now.

We are stuck on our sailboat but I am allowed to shore for 1 hour with permit to get food. Worse places to be but its quite a frustrating experience for sure.

No end in sight really; hopefully somewhere outside the hurricane zone opens their borders by June so I can get out of here.

Good day our brother. Forgive us if we have done that you dislike. Our real intention to preach and spread the words of God in the bible by any means as soon as possible. We are already in very dangerous times that I may never know if I will still be breathing tomorrow. This message is to encourage everyone to open their bible and read it. May God bless us all

Why should anyone forgive you when you repeatedly break the community rules by spamming people, then get for forgiveness BY SPAMMING PEOPLE, while still continuing to DISRESPECT THR COMMUNITY BY SPAMMING PEOPLE???

You want forgiveness?

STOP SPAMMING PEOPLE!!!

only then you may have actually deserved forgiveness.

Until then, you are no better than a husband who beats his wife, asks her forgiveness, then beats her again, repeating the cycle again and again and again and again.

GROW UP AND GAIN SOME DAMN RESPECT FOR PEOPLE.

Let’s take a look where you are repeatedly committing the Seven deadly sins:

1 Lust
2 Gluttony
3 Greed
4 Sloth
5 Wrath
6 Envy
7 Pride

  1. You are lusting for your own agenda, forcing yourself upon the digital space of others. You are no better than a rapist.

  2. You are gluttonous, aiming to get as much of a fix on forcing your ideas upon others unsolicitedly, hungry for the ego-satisfaction of some idea of having done “good” in spite of violating community rules and disrespecting everyone you spam.

  3. You are greedy for a selfish mission you’ve rationalized as just to satisfy your own desires, with zero concern for the actual wishes of anyone else or the rules & guidelines of a community.

  4. You are straight up LAZY by relying on a bot to SPAM people, using the words of another in attempt to force your beliefs on others who do not wish to be be treated in such a fashion, rather than actually exerting the effort to engage in real, person-to-person conversation with honor and respect, earning the right to be heard by investing the time and energy in original dialogue with the human beings who make up this community (whose rules you repeatedly show zero concern for).

  5. You have taken upon some self-entitled mission to step outside the guidelines of this community as though you yourself are God and rules do not apply to you, wrathfully disrespecting and invading the space of every person you spam under some delusional mission which you wrongly justify.

  6. In all likelihood, there is probably envy buried somewhere deep in you for all those of us who’ve lived our lives uniquely as original content creators, rather than a parasitic parrot of scripts who has no respect for a community’s rules, envious of those who spend their lives in creative engagement rather than doing as you were told like a little self-deluded slave who’s so brainwashed you haven’t even been willing to accept you’ve shown more hate than anything else through your continuous disrespect and violence towards those who’ve repeatedly requested you actually follow the community rules by STOP SPAMMING to force your beliefs down everyone’s throats.

  7. You are so blinded by your own self-righteousness, high on a sense of pride in doing the “good” thing, filled with a smug, delusional sense of having done “right” in spite of repeatedly violating community rules and people’s space.

You, my NOT-friend, are a HYPOCRITE.

You wanna make a difference as a servant of God and the light?

Start by LEADING BY EXAMPLE. Meaning: quit your sins and STOP SPAMMING PEOPLE.

I am in Ausria, at home in a Village, on 5000m2 of land, so I am quite lucky. And even more so as I had purchased everything to not only finish my darkroom, but also enough colour chemistry to print like there was no tomorrow ;)
The downside: My life & work of travelling with the bus and taking pictures seems like the wrong concept nowadays. The Austrian Prime just announced that there will be most probably no travel till there is a vaccine........!!!!!

Yes no travel for a long time; which is sad for travelers like us.

Cool about the darkroom.

Is it dug into the rock wall? I guess that would keep the temperatures moderate XD

We're just at home and managing to do stuff around the house. Eventually I'm sure I'll even get onto the jobs I'm doing my best to procrastinate XD (cleaning out the art cupboard and tackling the pile of mending, we compiled a sewing kit pre-quarantine while spending way too much money at Spotlight)

Melbourne in a 3 bdrm unit in the suburbs. Australia is doing really well compared to the rest of the world. But this makes people aggravated by all the restrictions and think it's completely unnecessary. I'm happy limiting my exposure to the outside world considering I never went to pubs and rarely to restaurants anyway. Although I can't go out taking photos which is a shame. Small price to pay for stopping the spread of a deadly virus. My mum works in the Emergency Department of a private hospital and has had to look after COVID-19 patients. I really hope she doesn't get it.

Yep. People just don't seem to get it. Just need to see whats happening in NYC to see how bad Sydney or Melbourne could be. Not sure if you use this https://aatishb.com/covidtrends/ , but its good for keeping track with the growth rates in various countries to see whats working and whats not.

Looks like a miniature house.

I'm in Iran, and Iran being Iran, there are no strict rules. They have just banned travelling between states, and reducing car traffic in cities by some loose rules.

For few weeks, because of our new year's holiday, things got better and our city was really quite and it felt like a lockdown, but from last week, many people are going back to work.
