Morning Ritual? - I am just tired to think of a good title

Hello Everyone.
I hope you are in good health. And if you are not, Just start the healing process with good thoughts.
I always advise my mom to take care of herself first, she has this typical Indian Mom attitude that once everyone is ok, then only she will think about herself. She is often late for breakfast and lunch and dinner. If I remember correctly my typical school day would be her packing my lunch, serving me a plate of hot parathas and curry for breakfast, and scolding me for not getting up early and being late for school again. And that continued for years and years. And after years of conditioning, she became this person who worries a lot. And trust me I tried, but she just won’t quit worrying about me and my brother and my sister. As beautiful one may think motherly love is, It is painful to watch her in this constant state of worry. Anyway, after a lot of intervention from my, brother and sister my Mother finally started to focus on other things. But I know that she still worries. And I cannot do anything about it.

Not lying it is a good mantra

Coming back to the topic. Look after yourself first, If you want to look after others. And this is something many people neglect, simply because, they can. Even you and I are guilty of it. And this is not specifically true for relationships, it very well holds to the work and other aspects of life. When it comes to me It is my work where sometimes I skip meals and overthink and worry instead of working around a plan or taking a much necessary break. And as a result, I end up bust and cranky.

And If you are looking for an answer on how to look after yourself, Then I am truly sorry. I have no idea how that thing works. I am listening to music more nowadays and my choice of music is light and soft. Meditational in nature every morning 15-20mins. Even devotional music with mantra chants is working for me. The idea is to wake up not to a negative thought but to something calm. I believe you can see the results also, This is my 4th post this week. (If you are new, that means I did 4month worth of work this week :-P). Classical and devotional music is my choice of thing. I mean if hard gothic rock works for you, then it works for you what else you need.

Random pic of cup appearing important

Also apart from the music, you can treat yourself to good food, some blood pumping exercise, a walk, a run anything that gets your mental peace restored. Integrate something in your morning ritual and you are good to go. And I think I already mentioned that I am experimenting with all this, so it would be great if you can share a few tricks of yours to help me with my quest.

I am inuke.
And this is me trying to be more normal. (Yes, I know it's crazy to think that I am normal. But I think I am.) Remember you can help only when you are in a position to help. Wow!!! I sound like master oogeway there. Jokes apart !!!

Please take care of yourself, because there is always someone who needs you.

PS: I was writing a short story about p*rnstar, but this felt a little more important. We will get to the p0rnstar later.

But I know that she still worries. And I cannot do anything about it.

Hate to break it to you, but the worry may not have been from the years of conditioning, it might have been there all along. Parents always worry about their kids no matter how big they get.

Sounds like she just needs to chill and realise that she did a good job if you're all happy and successful :)

She probably knows when you're feeling down and worries about you then, and honestly I would be the same with my kids

And this is something many people neglect, simply because, they can

Not necessarily. Quite often (if you're like me x_x) it just slips your mind, which is extremely easy to do when you're organising around a number of other people. Depending where you are, societal conditioning sometimes means that if you're in a primary caregiver role and you have the audacity to even vaguely consider that you'd like a break, you're viewed as selfish and lazy by the people who desperately need you to do a thing for them.

I wish I had not seen this happen so I could say I was exaggerating as usual

sometimes I skip meals and overthink and worry instead of working around a plan or taking a much necessary break

Mood...except I can't plan my way out of a paper bag and there is constantly a lot that needs to be done right this second XD

Don't forget sleep in your list of helpful advice to people, that is extremely important. I've been skimping on it again because I don't have time, but it is really important, don't be like me x_x

4th post this week, awesome, you're on a roll :D Keep up a managable pace and don't burn out :)

I just want my mother to take some time and relax and be happy. She deserves a break from her hectic monotonous life. And no matter how all three of us turned out I think not only did she the best she could but she overdid it I guess. I think I should call her and tell her how much she means to us. And knowing her the first thing she will ask is 'Tum theek to ho naa beta?' (You alright my son?)...

Parents always worry about their kids no matter how big they get

I'll be finding this out soon by myself. :D.
I wanted to share this later but I cannot contain it anymore.

you're on a roll :D Keep up a manageable pace and don't burn out :)

This is all from the constant support that I am getting from you all. <3
Love you guys.

If she isn't feeling trapped by the hectic monotonous life she may actually like things like that (as strange as it sounds some people do). Maybe you can take her for a holiday or if you can't do that maybe convince her to renovate a room or something, apparently change is as good as a holiday?

I'll be finding this out soon by myself. :D.

I am screaming not so silently. J had to ask me three times what I said (it was "ONEOFMYFRIENDSISGONNAHAVEABABYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY").
