Hive Stock Images - "The Wonderful Sunflower" in Macro Shoots
Hello there Hiveans! Glad to see you guys again on the Hive Stock Images Community... ^_^
Okay, on this occasion, I would like to share some of my stock images about The Sunflower, there're not only sunflower's pictures, I'm gonna captured every single details of the sunflower in macro photography. Because for me, taking pictures up close will give a different sensation from ordinary pictures, this technique will present the beauty of an object from a different point of view.
I'm sure a lot of people in the world and maybe some of you guys here love sunflowers plants, and so do I... ^^
Therefore a month ago, I planted some sunflower plants in my front yard, but the growth was a little bit slow, I had to add a little fertilizer for this plant.
After a month has passed, I can finally see how beautiful sunflowers are when they bloom... ^^
Now, let me show you my stock images of the sunflower...
As you know guys, sunflower has a light yellow colours with big head of flower, this sunflower of mine has about nineteen flower crowns surrounding the stamens... Anyway, it also has an unique behaviour, because this flower always look in the sun... really amazing isn't it ?
Then look at this one guys, how wonderful it stamens in macro shoots... if you like to eat snacks made from sunflower seeds, then this is the part that will turn into the seeds ^_^ mmm yummy!
If you pay close attention, you'll also find that all parts of the stem, leaves, to the petals of sunflowers have smooth hairs wrapped around them... the main function is for self-protection and preventing pests.
