Amigurumi: Pumpkin Girl

Saludos querida comunidad, octubre es uno de mis meses favoritos porque puedo hacer cosas alusivas a Halloween, el año pasado hice un concurso de una semana completa donde hubo excelentes participaciones de las creadoras de esta comunidad, aun estoy pensado si volver a hacer otro reto este año, así que si tienen alguna sugerencia estaría muy feliz si me lo dicen en los comentarios 😊 por ahora les comparto mi más reciente proyecto amigurumi, se trata de una niña con disfraz de calabaza, uno de los más tradicionales para Halloween, espero les guste 🎃

Greetings dear community, October is one of my favorite months because I can do things allusive to Halloween, last year I did a full week contest where there were excellent participations from the creators of this community, I'm still thinking about doing another challenge this year, so if you have any suggestions I would be very happy if you tell me in the comments 😊 for now I share my most recent amigurumi project, it is a girl with a pumpkin costume, one of the most traditional for Halloween, I hope you like it 🎃

Para este amigurumi utilicé hilo acrílico y ganchillo de # 4 (1.25mm), comencé por los pies con 4 cadenas iniciales, para luego hacer dos hileras con 4 aumentos en cada una, para obtener 16 puntadas, luego hice una hilera tomando las puntadas por detrás, dos hileras más de puntos bajos, en la próximas dos hileras hice 4 disminuciones para obtener 8 puntadas, hice una hilera con color verde y seis con el color de la piel.

For this amigurumi I used acrylic yarn and a #4 (1.25mm) crochet hook, I started at the feet with 4 initial chains, then made two rows with 4 increases in each, to get 16 stitches, then I made a row taking the stitches by behind, two more rows of single crochets, in the next two rows I made 4 decreases to obtain 8 stitches, I made one row with green and six with skin color.

Para los brazos comencé con 8 puntos bajos en un anillo, dos hileras y en la próxima hilera dos disminuciones para obtener 6 puntadas, luego hice siete hileras. Hice dos brazos iguales.

For the arms I started with 8 single crochets in a ring, two rows and on the next row two decreases to get 6 stitches, then I made seven rows. I made two equal arms.

Para el torso continué el trabajo desde las piernas, haciendo 4 puntos bajos en la primera, luego dos cadenas, uní la otra pierna e hice 8 puntos bajos, hice dos puntos bajos en las cadenas y luego los 4 puntos bajos de la primera pierna, logrando obtener 20 puntadas , hice nueve hileras más de puntos bajos, uní los brazos en cada lado para obtener 32 puntadas por dos hileras, luego hice tres hileras de 8 disminuciones para obtener el cuello y hacer una hilera a de 8 puntos bajos.

For the torso I continued the work from the legs, making 4 single crochets in the first, then two chains, joined the other leg and made 8 single crochets, I made two single crochets in the chains and then the 4 single crochets of the first leg, managing to get 20 stitches, I made nine more rows of single crochet, joined the arms on each side to get 32 stitches for two rows, then I made three rows of 8 decreases to get the neck and made a row of 8 single crochet.

Para el vestido de calabaza, con color verde hice 20 cadenas que uní con un punto deslizados para formar un círculo, hice 4 puntos altos y aumento por cuatro veces. Luego cambié a hilo naranja he hice 3 aumentos de puntos altos, salté 6 puntadas, hice 6 aumentos, salté 6 puntadas y luego 3 aumentos. A partir de allí haría 1 punto bajo 1 aumento ,1 punto en relieve (tomando por el frente) por 6 veces. En la siguiente hileras hice 1 punto bajo, 2 aumentos, 1 puntos bajo y un punto en relieve, por 6 veces. Luego trabajé diez hileras sin aumentos haciendo punto en relieve donde correspondía. El las próximas hileras en lugar de aumentos hice disminuciones hasta obtener 24 puntadas. Terminé con 1 punto deslizado y escondí la hebra por dentro. Con hilo negro de coser borde la cara de la calabaza.

For the pumpkin dress, with green I made 20 chains that I joined with a slip stitch to form a circle, I made 4 double crochets and increased four times. Then I switched to orange yarn and did 3 treble crochet increases, skipped 6 stitches, did 6 increases, skipped 6 stitches and then 3 increases. From there, make 1 single crochet, 1 increase, 1 raised stitch (taking from the front) 6 times. On the next row I made 1 single crochet, 2 increases, 1 single crochet and a raised stitch, 6 times. Then I worked ten rows without increases making relief stitch where it belonged. On the next rows instead of increases I made decreases until I got 24 stitches. I finished with 1 slip stitch and hid the yarn inside. With black sewing thread I edge the face of the pumpkin.

Coloqué el vestido y continué haciendo la cabeza desde el cuello haciendo 4 aumentos en la primera hilera, a partir de allí haría 6 aumentos en las próximas tres hileras hasta obtener 30 puntadas, hice ocho hileras si aumentos, rellené la cabeza y luego hice 6 disminuciones por cuatro hileras hasta cerrar y esconder la hebra. Las orejas las hice con 1 punto deslizado, 3 puntos altos juntos y 1 punto deslizado. Bordé la nariz con el mismo hilo, con hilo de coser bordé los ojos.

I placed the dress and continued making the head from the neck making 4 increases in the first row, from there I would do 6 increases in the next three rows until I had 30 stitches, I made 8 rows if increases, I stuffed the head and then I made 6 decreases for four rows until closing and hiding the yarn. I made the ears with 1 slip stitch, 3 treble crochets together and 1 slip stitch. I embroidered the nose with the same thread, with sewing thread I embroidered the eyes.

Para el cabello con hilo marrón hice 6 puntos bajos en un anillo, 6 aumentos por tres hileras hasta obtener 24 puntadas. Hice 18 cadenas y 18 puntos bajos en cada una , haciendo un punto deslizado para separar cada una por 24 veces. Luego cosí el cabello a la cabeza.

For the hair with brown yarn I made 6 single crochets in a ring, 6 increases for three rows until I got 24 stitches. I made 18 chains and 18 single crochets in each, making a slip stitch to separate each one 24 times. Then I sewed the hair to the head.

Para el sombrero de calabaza, con color verde hice 4 puntos bajos en un anillo, luego dos hileras, hice 4 aumentos y cambié a hilo naranja para hacer 8 aumentos de puntos altos. En la próxima hilera hice 1 punto alto, 1 aumento, 1 punto alto en relieve por 8 veces. En las próxima hilera hice 8 aumentos y en la siguiente 16 aumentos, haciendo el punto en relieve donde correspondía. Luego 8 disminuciones en la próxima para obtener 32 puntadas. Hice dos hileras de puntos bajos , terminé con 1 punto deslizado y escondí la hebra.

For the pumpkin hat, with green I made 4 single crochets in a ring, then two rows, made 4 increases and switched to orange yarn to make 8 double crochet increases. On the next row I made 1 double crochet, 1 increase, 1 double crochet in relief for 8 times. In the next row I made 8 increases and in the next 16 increases, making the raised stitch where it belonged. Then 8 decreases in the next one to get 32 stitches. I made two rows of single crochets, finished with 1 slip stitch and hid the yarn.
