Saludos queridas Damas de la Colmena, el concurso comunitario #117, nos trae dos planteamientos hipotéticos donde una Hiver se encuentra un poco frustrada y quiere abandonar la Colmena, la idea es que seamos consejeros de esta mujer que ha caído en la desmotivación, así que a continuación comparto mis consejos y opiniones con respecto al tema. Escenario 1 : una amiga de reputación 52 dice que ya no quiere estar activa en Hive, alegando que no puede hacer el tiempo, la moneda tiene un valor muy bajo y solo unas pocas personas leen sus publicaciones. ¿Qué podrías hacer para alentarla y ayudarla a seguir intentándolo? ¿Consejos para escribir? ¿Gestión del tiempo? ¿Otro?

Todos cuando comenzamos en la Colmena tenemos un nivel bajo en el raking de reputación, esto influye en la manera en que nos ven los demás y también los curadores, eso no quiere decir que las votaciones no sean buenas para los nuevos, sin embargo, hay comunidades que cuentan con el apoyo de ballenas en donde la función de los curadores es escoger dentro de las publicaciones diarias las que ellos postulan para el apoyo, entre los criterios que los curadores usan no sólo está el contenido, sino que la persona comente las publicaciones de otros, es decir que sea un miembro activo de la comunidad, además de la constancia la interacción con otros es muy importante. A veces es común que las personas al principio no comenten las publicaciones de otros, entonces como tienen un nivel bajo de reputación es difícil que un curador o una ballena note la presencia de esa persona dentro del gran número de usuarios de Hive, mi consejo para que tus publicaciones tengan más lectores y votos, es que comentes y votes las publicaciones de los demás.

Se que a veces decir la palabra constancia es fácil, pero en la practica no todas las personas tienen el tiempo suficiente para publicar y comentar a diario, lo mejor que puede hacer una persona si busca mejorar en Hive es organizar su horario de escritura, de edición y de publicación, no necesariamente debe ser todo de una sola vez, puede tomar unos minutos del almuerzo para editar imágenes, un tiempo en la noche para escribir y publicar el día siguiente en la mañana antes de su jornada laboral, les sorprendería saber cuanto tiempo perdemos en un auto, esperando en una banco o simplemente viendo otras redes sociales, esos minutos pasan rápidamente y no nos damos cuenta, así que es necesario utilizarlos en cosas que valgan la pena como Hive. Al respecto puedo decir que la constancia es importante porque en el flujo de publicaciones de Hive, el horario y la frecuencia con que te ven en Hive es clave, si deseas ser visto por una ballena, un curador o simplemente tener muchos comentarios, es necesario estar presente a diario, bien sea publicando o comentando. Pongamos un ejemplo, en una estación de tren pasan muchas personas y trenes en diferentes horarios, sin embargo, cuando una persona va la estación de tren frecuentemente es posible que llegue a reconocer a las personas que están allí, se crea de forma natural una comunidad de personas que frecuentan el mismo sitio en los mismos horarios, por eso es importante estar presente cuando pasen las personas que estén interesadas en leer y apoyar nuestro contenido, es decir, la única forma de que alguien nos vea en Hive es estando en Hive.

Con respecto al valor que criptomoneda, puedo decir que en cuatro años y medio que he estado en la cadena de bloques, la mejor opción que tenemos es seguir publicando, la monedas fluctúan su valor, sin embargo, cuando el Hive está bajo , crecemos más en Hive Power, este poder nos ayuda a crecer en reputación y en influencia, es por eso que incluso en los tiempos bajistas no recomiendo dejar de publicar, porque si seguimos esa constancia se ve reflejada en nuestro nivel. Mi mejor consejo es seguir adelante a pesar de las adversidad, variar el contenido en las diferentes comunidades, comentar y votar en un horario organizado según tu criterio personal.

En mi caso es que no tengo Internet y realmente sigo escribiendo pero no a diario. Realmente me gustaría estar más activa. Pero sigo y eso es importante. Como que soy mas popular que tuuuu? Como dices eso, tu eres un talento nato, hecho persona, eres multifacética, te aplicas a todo, yo no. Yo lo que soy es habladora, y admiradora de las cosas lindas y bien hechas, me pierdo revisando y apreciando publicaciones y comentando, jajajaja. Pero me pesa tardar tanto en publicar por variados problemas, algún día lo hare como debe ser, para este año debo tener las herramientas que necesito para ello . Completamente de acuerdo, no h ay manera que la amiga en cuestión no pueda identificarse con tan magnífico ejemplo, a todos nos ha sucedido y tenemos los amigos llamados : Amigos de la cola tal, o del banco y así sucesivamente, esto pasa claramente en Hive cuando ya identificamos nuestro nicho y comunidades mas acertadas, ¡realmente es un valioso consejo!

You Train station allegory is a fine example of establishing a posting rhythm whether it is daily, biweekly or weekly one will find an audience familiar to you.

This is really it. I fail in interacting, still, working on that. But I got my community and I know the faces there, I recognize them when they post in other communities, and slowly but steadily I get to know more and more people. And I'm self aware of where I'm failing which is good, which is good to not to blame it on "Hive" haha
