Holo!!! Greetings to everyone in the Holozing community! It's been a while since I shared a fanart here, but today I'm happy to share with you a macrame necklace featuring Ermy, one of the cutest creatures in Holozing the appearance is inspired by a mountain ermine, and the attacks are ice-based. I'm sharing the pattern so you can make your own if you'd like! 😊

Holo!!! Saludos a todos en la comunidad Holozing, hace un tiempo que no compartía un fanrt por acá, pero hoy estoy feliz de compartir con ustedes un collar en la técnica macramé con la imagen Ermy, una de las criaturas más tiernas de Holozing cuyo aspecto está inspirado en una armiño de montaña y sus ataques son de hielo, le comparto el patrón para que si gustan puedan hacer el suyo 😊

Materiales / Materials

• Acrylic yarn: yellow, white, black, blue, gray, and pink.
• Chinese cord
• Board
• 2 clothespins
• Scissors
• Ruler
• Pattern

• Hilo acrílico: amarillo, blanco, negro, azul, gris y rosado.
• Cordón de hilo chino
• Tabla
• 2 pinzas para ropa
• Tijera
• Regla

Patrón / Pattern

For this pattern, I used the Pixel Station app. I created a 22 x 19 square canvas, on which I painted the image square by square using the brush and paint bucket tools. Then, in the InShot app, I added the numbers for the rows and columns of squares; that is, the rows represent the number of rows of knots, while the columns represent the number of guide threads needed.

Para este patrón usé la aplicación Pixel Station, creé un lienzo de 22 x 19 cuadros, sobre el cual pinté la imagen cuadro por cuadro con las herramientas pincel y bote de pintura. Luego en la aplicación Inshot agregué los números de las filas de cuadros y de las columnas, es decir, que las filas representan el número de hileras de nudos mientras que las columnas el numero de hilos guía necesarios.

Proceso / Process

With the Chinese thread cord, cut a 70 cm strand, take one of the ends and make a sliding knot that wraps around the opposite end, do the same on the other side, burn the ends if necessary, in this way the necklace is ready to be widened and narrowed according to the size of the neck.

Con el cordón de hilo chino, cortar una hebra de 70 cm, tomar un de los extremos y hacer un nudo corredizo que envuelva al extremo opuesto, hacer los mismo del otro lado, quemar las puntas si es necesario, de ese modo el collar queda listo para ampliarse y estrecharse de acuerdo a la medida del cuello.

Wrap the collar around the board. Cut 11 strands of 30cm from the yellow thread, take the strands in the middle and knot them in the center of the collar, thus obtaining the 22 guide threads, hold the collar with the clothespins, add the first yellow knotting thread.

Rodear la tabla con el collar. Con el hilo amarillo cortar 11 hebras de 30cm, tomar las hebras por la mitad y anudarlas al centro del collar, de ese modo se obtienen los 22 hilos guía, sostener el collar con las pinzas para ropa, agregar el primer hilo anudador de color amarillo.

In this technique, knots are made from left to right in odd-numbered rows and from right to left in even-numbered rows. At each knot, the knotting thread wraps twice around each of the guide threads. The pattern must be followed, where each square represents a knot; therefore, color changes are made by taking the knotting thread of the corresponding color and crossing the threads over each other on the back.

En esta técnica los nudos se hacen de izquierda a derecha en las hileras impares y de derecha a izquierda en las hileras pares. En cada nudo el hilo anudador envuelve dos veces cada uno de los hilos guía. Se debe seguir el patrón donde cada cuadro representa un nudo, por lo tanto los cambios de color se hacen tomar el hilo anudador del color correspondiente y cruzando los hilos por la parte de atrás.

At the end of the last row of knots, that is, row number 22, separate the guide threads into 4 parts and make 4 knots. Cut off the excess threads to even them out and make fringe. Cut and hide the knotting threads behind.

Al finalizar la última hilera de nudos, es decir la numero 22, separa en 4 partes los hilos guía y hacer 4 nudos, cortar el excedente de los hilos para emparejar y hacer flecos. Cortar y esconder los hilos anudadores por detrás.
