Saludos querida comunidad, hace un tiempo compre bastante lana acrílica de color rosado, poe eso se me ocurrió hacer amigurumis pequeños con esos tonos, aunque parezca fácil es un reto difícil pues no hay muchas figuras que sean así, por eso hoy deseo compartirles el primero de este reto y es un amigurumi con forma de flamenco, el resultado me encantó y cumplió con mis expectativas en torno al tamaño y siendo bastante fácil de hacer 😊

Greetings dear community! A while ago I bought quite a bit of pink acrylic yarn, so I decided to make small amigurumi in those shades. Although it might seem easy, it's a difficult challenge because there aren't many figures like this. That's why today I want to share the first one from this challenge with you: a flamingo amigurumi. I loved the result, and it met my expectations regarding size and was quite easy to make. 😊

Proceso / Process

Usé lana acrílica y ganchillo de 3mm, comencé haciendo primero el cuerpo, es decir trabajé de abajo hacia arriba, hice 6 puntos bajos en un anillo y 6 aumentos por 3 hileras para obtener 24, hice 3 hileras normales, aplané el circulo y tomando dos puntos a la vez hice 1 punto deslizado, 3 cadenas y 3 puntos deslizados en las cadenas, repetí esto tres veces en el mismo punto para hacer la cola, luego tomando dos puntos a la vez hice 7 puntos deslizados para cerrar la parte de arriba del cuerpo, trabajando solo con los 8 puntadas que me quedaban hice 5 hileras de puntos bajos para el cuello.

I used acrylic yarn and a 3mm crochet hook. I started by making the body first, that is, I worked from the bottom up. I made 6 single crochet stitches in a ring and 6 increases for 3 rows to get 24. I made 3 normal rows, flattened the circle, and taking two stitches at a time, made 1 slip stitch, 3 chains, and 3 slip stitches in the chains. I repeated this three times in the same stitch to make the tail. Then, taking two stitches at a time, I made 7 slip stitches to close the top of the body. Working only with the 8 stitches I had left, I made 5 rows of single crochet stitches for the neck.

Para la cabeza hice 4 aumentos una hilera, luego hice 3 aumentos por 2 hileras ubicándolos solo en la mitad de las puntadas obteniendo 18 puntadas, luego hice una hilera de 6 aumentos para obtener 24, hice 5 hileras de 24 puntos bajos, coloqué los ojos y luego hice 6 disminuciones por 3 hileras para cerrar. Para el pico desde el frente de la cabeza hice 2 hileras de 6 puntos bajos con hilo blanco, cambié a hilo negro e hice una hilera más, 4 disminuciones en la última hilera, rellené y cerré. Para las plumas arriba de la cabeza hice igual que con la cola, es decir, 1 punto deslizados, 3 cadenas y 3 puntos deslizado en el mismo punto 3 veces.

For the head, I made 4 increases in one row, then 3 increases for 2 rows, working only in the middle of the stitches, resulting in 18 stitches. Next, I made a row of 6 increases to reach 24 stitches. I worked 5 rows of 24 single crochet stitches, attached the eyes, and then made 6 decreases for 3 rows to close. For the beak, starting from the front of the head, I worked 2 rows of 6 single crochet stitches with white yarn, changed to black yarn and worked one more row, made 4 decreases in the last row, stuffed it, and closed it. For the feathers on top of the head, I worked the same as for the tail: 1 slip stitch, 3 chain stitches, and 3 slip stitches in the same stitch 3 times.

Para las alas hice 3 puntos en un anillo pero trabajé en recto no en circular, hice 3 aumentos por 2 hileras, con hilo rosado oscuro hice 1 punto deslizado, 3 cadenas y 3 puntos deslizados en estas, repetí hasta obtener 3, hice lo mismo para la segunda ala pero del otro extremo, cosí las alas a los lados del cuerpo. Para las patitas hice 10 cadenas, luego 3 cadenas y 3 puntos deslizados en las cadenas por 3 veces y regresé haciendo 10 puntos desliados sobre las cadenas iniciales.

For the wings, I made 3 stitches in a ring, but I worked straight, not in the round. I increased 3 times for 2 rows. With dark pink yarn, I made 1 slip stitch, 3 chains, and 3 slip stitches into those chains. I repeated this until I had 3. I did the same for the second wing, but on the other side. I sewed the wings to the sides of the body. For the legs, I made 10 chains, then 3 chains and 3 slip stitches into the chains 3 times, and then I worked 10 slip stitches back into the initial chains.
