Espero estén bien, hoy les comparto un nuevo colgante de pared hecho en macramé con la figura de Fire Wolf, criatura del juego Holozing, para lo que no están enterados se trata de un juego que está en fase de desarrollo y cada día nos trae nuevas actualizaciones, funcionará en nuestro ecosistema así que tiene su propio token llamado Zing, para más información pueden registrarse usando Keychain en la página Holozing.com y estar atentos a las actualizaciones de su perfil en Hive. Debo decir que escogí esta criatura porque me encantan los lobos y el elemento fuego, así que creo que es adorable, espero les guste apreciar el proceso de creación de este colgante de pared.

Process / Proceso

To start this wall hanging I took the image of Fire Wolf as a reference to determine the rectangular area of the image, I made my pattern with 13 colors of 1mm thick acrylic thread, I started with the green thread counting 19 strands of 48 cm and 1 more strand but attached to the ball, I took the strands in half and knotted them to the stick, to obtain 39 guide threads and a knotter thread. The technique consists of the knotting thread wrapping each guide thread twice in each row, to change the color. From the knot the knotting thread is changed, in this way the image is built with colored knots.

Para comenzar este colgante tomé como referencia la imagen de Fire Wolf para determinar en área rectangular de la imagen, hice mi patrón con 13 colores de hilo acrílico de 1mm de espesor, comencé con el hilo verde contando 19 hebras de 48 cm y 1 hebra más pero unida al ovillo, tomé las hebras por la mitad y las anudé al palito, para obtener 39 hilos guía y un hilo para anudador, la técnica consiste en que el hilo anudador envuelve dos veces cada hilo guía en cada hilera, para cambiar el color del nudo se cambia el hilo anudador, de ese modo la imagen se construye con nudos de colores.

I made the pattern in one afternoon, but making the pendant took three days, on the first day I started by making two rows of knots in green value, then I added the dark brown, beige and red color for the inner part of the wolf's ears, For the fire I used red, orange and yellow thread.

Hice el patrón en una tarde, pero elaborar el colgante tomé tres días, en el primer día empecé haciendo dos hileras de nudos en valor verde, luego agregué el color marrón oscuro, el beige y rojo para la parte interna de las orejas del lobo, para el fuego usé hilo rojo, naranja y amarillo.

For the upper edge of the eyes, the lines of the nose and mouth I used black thread, while for the inside of the mouth I used burgundy and red thread, the face was made with beige knots. By the second day of work I reached the height of the wolf's neck.

Para el borde superior de los ojos, las líneas de la nariz y la boca usé hilo negro, mientras que para el interior de la boca usé hilo vinotinto y rojo, la cara la hice con nudos de colores beige. Para el segundo día de trabajo llegué hasta la altura del cuello del lobo.

On the third day of work, having finished the ring of fire, only the wolf's legs remained to be made, which were easier to make because they have fewer color changes, only brown, light green and dark beige, in addition to black and white. background color. In total I made 70 rows of knots. Then I grouped the guide threads into 4 parts, with red thread I made a knot, separately with 6 strands of 24 cm of green thread I made a braid to tie to the stick and make the wall hanging.

Al tercer día de trabajo, al haber finalizado el aro de fuego solo quedaba por hacer las patas del lobo, las cuales eran más sencilla de hacer porque tienen menos cambios de color, solo marrón, verde claro y beige oscuro, además del negro y el color de fondo. En total hice 70 hileras de nudos. Luego agrupé los hilos guía en 4 partes, con hilo rojo hice un nudo, aparte con 6 hebras de 24 cm de hilo verde hice una trenza para anudar al palito y hacer el colgante.

At first I thought that the difference between the dark brown thread and the black thread would not be noticeable, but after finishing I saw that it was the right decision, the wolf looks dark but not completely, it has the effect of light and shadow and I love that . Al principio pensé que no se notaría la diferencia entre el hilo marrón oscuro y el hilo negro, pero después de finalizado vi que fue la decisión correcta, el lobo se ve oscuro pero no completamente, tiene el efecto de luz y sombra y eso me encanta.
