Macrame Bracelet Rubber Duckies

Saludos a todos 🤗 espero se encuentren muy bien, yo he estado pensando cada en día en nuevos proyectos, a veces estos son completamente de mi estilo habitual, mientras que otros los hago pensando en otras personas, lo maravilloso de crear es que podemos explorar con diferente estilos y colores para luego materializar con nuestras manos la idea que teníamos en la mente, así pues estaba pensando en lo lindo que son los patitos de hule, esos que se usan para ponerlos a flotar en la tina mientras los niños toman un baño, analizando un poco eso pensé que esa costumbre aunque es linda realmente en mi país difícilmente se lleva a cabo, muchos menos en la edad adulta, porque en la mayoría de hogares no hay tinas para adultos, se que muchos de amigos desearían poder usar patitos de baño porque son muy lindos, así que imaginé que la imagen de los patitos de baño seria buena para usarla en un brazalete, así que esto fue lo que hice 😁 un brazalete con la técnica macramé con patitos de baño y acá les comparto el proceso.

Greetings to all 🤗 I hope you are very well, I have been thinking about new projects every day, sometimes these are completely my usual style, while others I do thinking of other people, the wonderful thing about creating is that we can explore with different styles and colors to later materialize with our hands the idea we had in mind, so I was thinking about how cute rubber duckies are, those that are used to float in the tub while the children take a bath, Analyzing that a bit, I thought that this custom, although it is really beautiful, is hardly carried out in my country, much less in adulthood, because in most homes there are no bathtubs for adults, I know that many of my friends wish they could use ducklings rubber because they are very cute, so I imagined that the image of the bathing ducks would be good to use it in a bracelet, so this is what I did 😁 a bracelet with the macrame technique with rubber ducks and here I share the process.

Materiales / Materials

  • Hilo para crochet: azul, turquesa, amarillo, blanco , negro y lila.
  • Regla de 30 cm
  • Tijeras
  • Tabla con clip
  • Papel milimetrado y lápiz
  • Crochet thread: blue, turquoise, yellow, white, black and lilac.
  • 30 cm ruler
  • scissors
  • Board with clip
  • Graph paper and pencil

Proceso / Process

En esta técnica es importante tener listo el gráfico antes de comenzar a armar los hilos de este modo se conoce el tamaño exacto del brazalete y cuantos hilos de base hay que cortar. La cantidad de cuadros al vertical da el alto del brazalete y este el número de hilos de base o hilos guías. En este caso 18. Cada cuadro significa un nudo simple también llamado nudo festón, yo uso el nudo festón del lado inverso para que queden cuadrados, hay personas que usan el nudo festón normal, ya eso es cuestión de gustos.

Con el hilo turquesa medir y cortar siete hebras de 60 cm y dos de 70 cm. Ubicar las hebras más largas en los bordes y sujetar con el clip en la mitad. Con las hebras largas hacer 20 nudos planos que envuelvan en el centro a las demás hebras. Los nudos planos como pueden observar en la imagen se hacen primero en forma de “4” y luego en forma de “P” sucesivamente.

Al obtener los 20 nudos planos sacar el clip y doblar para obtener una “U”, sujetar con el clip enfrentando las hebras, así se obtiene los 18 hebras de base o hilos guías. Agregar siempre por la parte de atrás los hilos para anudar, los nudos simples siempre envuelven las hebras guías por lo que los hilos de anudar yo los dejo del largo del ovillo.

En este caso el comienza con el color azul que representa el agua y luego cambia al turquesa que será el fondo, el agua tiene pequeñas olas y también burbujas o círculos, los patitos son de color amarillo, con el pico naranja y un collar lila, los ojos blanco y negro. Cada color se va agregando en la hilera de nudos que corresponda según el gráfico y se irán cruzando por la parte de atrás, el gráfico que les comparto es blanco y negro pero les aconsejo colorear el papel para que sea más fácil la lectura si son aprendices de la técnica.

The graph that I am sharing with you is black and white but I advise you to color the paper to make it easier to read if you are an apprentice of the technique.

Continuar haciendo los nudos según corresponda, poco a poco verán el nacimiento de los patitos , las olas y las burbujas, esta es la parte más emocionante, ver como nuestras manos se convierten en una impresora y el brazalete es como el papel que sale con la imagen.

Al finalizar la hilera 74 de nudos, separar la hebras guías en dos partes, hacer dos trenzas y anudar.

Resultado / Result

¿Acaso no les parece lindo este brazalete? A mi me encantó y espero a ustedes también. Les recuerdo que en las manualidades todo es posible si tenemos paciencia y aunque haya personas que piensen lo contrario, yo considero que la paciencia se cultiva y fortalece solo si estamos dispuestos, porque hasta el agua que es blanda de tanto caer sobre la roca puede destrozarla, todo es cuestión de paciencia y perseverancia.

Es muy adorable, siempre me gusto el crochet pero era muy costoso para mi, aun asi disfruto viendo el trabajo de quienes saben realizarlo, esta hermoso! 😍

Muchas gracias bueno el crochet es con una aguja, en cambio el macramé que es como hice este brazalete solo se usan más manos, básicamente todo es a base de nudos, así que se puede hacer con hilos gruesos o finos dependiendo de los que se desee, he visto como hacen manualidades con la técnica de macrame hasta en mecatillo.
