Saludos querida comunidad, desde el año pasado he compartido con ustedes los avances de aprendizaje y proyectos de mi hijo Rafael tanto en crochet como en macramé, así que para mi es muy grato contarles el nuevo logro alcanzado por mi pequeño.

Desde hace unos días atrás el se interesó en aprender a usar la App que yo uso para el diseño de patrones cuadriculados para hacer figuras en macramé, esta app se llama Pixel Station, es de muy fácil uso y permite pintar cuadro por cuadro seleccionado le color del pincel, también permite borrar, cambiar el color y usar la herramienta bote de pintura, permite abrir imágenes u pintar sobre estas y también permite trabajar desde un lienzo completamente blanco especificando el número de cuadros en vertical y horizontal.

Esta es una importante herramienta para mi, en cambio Rafael suele hacer sus patrones en un cuaderno cuadriculado y pintarlo con colores, desde un principio consideré que hacer el dibujo de patrón de forma tradicional en papel para Rafael seria más beneficioso, pues le permitiría tener una mayor comprensión de la lectura del patrón, además no el estaría tanto tiempo fijando sus ojos en una pantalla que le podría hacer daño a sus ojos, además dibujando en papel estaría ejercitando su motricidad fina y ser cuidadoso, yo soy creyente de que el contacto directo con los materiales da una experiencia inolvidable.

Sin embargo, es imposible que limite los medios de adquisición de aprendizaje para Rafael, el necesita avanzar, esta vez fue por iniciativa de el mismo, pero yo aprobé que el aprendiera a usar la aplicación porque para mi el ya esta a un nivel avanzado en donde debe buscar ser independiente, entonces el podrá sin mi ayuda buscar y hacer sus patrones digitales, así que le autoricé para descargar la app en su tableta.

El aprendió sumamente rápido, me dijo que era porque ya me había visto trabajar en esta, sin embargo, les expliqué algunos detalles de como guardar los archivos, el practicó los primeros días dibujando en digital algunos de los patrones de su cuaderno, luego descargó una imagen de una figura en pixel y mirando la imagen en el celular de su abuela dibujo el patrón en la tableta.

El día siguiente sin que yo siquiera me levantara de la cama, el mismo buscó su cuaderno cuadriculado y dibujo el patrón, le pregunté por qué lo hacía, el me dijo que le gustaba dibujar con los lapices de color y que además así no necesitaría la tableta para ver mientras hacía sus nudos.

De verdad el nivel de madurez de Rafael a veces me sorprende , ya le explicado mucha veces el motivo por el cual el solo debe usar la tableta una sola hora al día y el ahora da ejemplo de su comprensión, además sabe distinguir muy bien lo que significa usar la tableta para algo productivo y también para recreación, el se entusiasmó mucho con el diseño de su nuevo proyecto, espero no tarde tanto en la elaboración como el anterior, sin embargo, comprendo cuando a el le duele la espalda y decide parar, que el se detenga el tiempo que necesite es sano porque debe cuidar su cuerpo, estoy muy orgullosa de mi hijo y sus nuevos aprendizajes como artesano y artista 💜

Rafael learns to use a drawing app for macramé patterns

Greetings dear community, since last year I have shared with you my son Rafael's learning progress and projects in both crochet and macramé, so it is very pleasant for me to tell you about the new achievement achieved by my little one.

A few days ago he became interested in learning how to use the App that I use to design grid patterns to make macramé figures. This app is called Pixel Station, it is very easy to use and allows you to paint frame by frame with a selected color. of the brush, it also allows you to erase, change the color and use the paint bucket tool, it allows you to open images or paint on them and it also allows you to work from a completely white canvas by specifying the number of vertical and horizontal frames.

This is an important tool for me, however Rafael usually makes his patterns in a squared notebook and paints it with colors. From the beginning I considered that making the pattern drawing in a traditional way on paper for Rafael would be more beneficial, as it would allow him to have a greater understanding of reading the pattern, in addition he would not spend so much time fixating his eyes on a screen that could hurt his eyes, also by drawing on paper he would be exercising his fine motor skills and being careful, I am a believer that direct contact With the materials it gives an unforgettable experience.

However, it is impossible for me to limit the means of learning acquisition for Rafael, he needs to advance, this time it was on his own initiative, but I approved that he learned to use the application because for me he is already at an advanced level in where he must seek to be independent, then he will be able to search and make his digital patterns without my help, so I authorized him to download the app on his tablet.

He learned extremely quickly, he told me it was because he had already seen me work on it, however, I explained some details of how to save the files, he practiced the first few days drawing digitally some of the patterns from his notebook, then he downloaded a image of a figure in pixel and looking at the image on his grandmother's cell phone he drew the pattern on the tablet.

The next day, without me even getting out of bed, he looked for his squared notebook and drew the pattern. I asked him why he did it. He told me that he liked to draw with colored pencils and that he wouldn't need the tablet to watch while he tied his knots.

Really, Rafael's level of maturity sometimes surprises me, I have already explained to him many times the reason why he should only use the tablet for a single hour a day and he now gives an example of his understanding, and he also knows how to distinguish very well what It means using the tablet for something productive and also for recreation. He was very excited about the design of his new project. I hope it doesn't take as long to prepare as the previous one. However, I understand when his back hurts and he decides to stop. That he stops for as long as he needs is healthy because he must take care of his body. I am very proud of my son and his new learnings as a craftsman and artist 💜
