Yellow no me asustes con tu forma de dormir
Hola 👋 a todos, Feliz Caturday! Vengo a contarles sobre los nuevos hábitos de sueño de nuestro gato Yellow, este gato tiene ya casi 3 años con nosotros y últimamente ha tenido cambios muy grandes en cuanto a su comportamiento debido a un cambio de dieta, todos los cambios han sido para mejor, es decir se encuentra con mucha energía y juguetón, sin embargo estos últimos días he notado cambios en su forma de dormir que me tiene preocupada.

I am here to tell you about the new sleeping habits of our cat Yellow, this cat has been with us for almost 3 years and lately he has had very big changes in his behavior due to a change in diet, all the changes have been for the better, that is to say, he is very energetic and playful, however in recent days I have noticed changes in his way of sleeping that has me worried.
Nuestro gato no está castrado y en todo el tiempo de convivencia con nosotros el nunca había esto interesado en reproducción, de hecho el crecimiento de sus testículos fue algo tardío, yo pensé que no llegaríamos a tener inconvenientes si lo dejábamos sin esterilizar, pero actualmente he notado que se ha estado orinando dentro de la casa, he escuchado otros gatos pelear afuera en la noche y Yellow que antes dormía tranquilamente con nosotros se despierta en la noche y no quiere volver a dormir.
Our cat is not neutered and in all the time he lived with us he had never been interested in reproduction, in fact the growth of his testicles was somewhat late, I thought that we would not have any problems if we left him unsterilized, but currently I have I have noticed that he has been urinating inside the house, I have heard other cats fighting outside at night and Yellow who used to sleep peacefully with us wakes up at night and does not want to go back to sleep.
Ayer me hizo levantarme en la madrugada con sus maullidos, le abrí la puerta y no salió ni entró a la casa si no que se quedó parado allí, no se si su intención era ir detrás de otros gatos o solamente escucharlos, pero este cambio de comportamiento ha hecho que ahora el duerma más horas en el día y a veces me asusta porque se queda dormido en posición realmente extrañas.
Yesterday he made me get up at dawn with his meows, I opened the door for him and he didn't go out or enter the house but just stood there, I don't know if his intention was to go after other cats or just listen to them, but this change of behavior has made him sleep more hours a day now and sometimes he scares me because he falls asleep in really weird positions.
Yellow no tiene problema alguno en dormir en la cama de mi hijo pero al mismo tiempo el siempre guardaba un poco de distancia en la misma cama, si mi hijo se mueve mucho el gato Yellow se cambia de lugar, pero ahora al gato ni siquiera le molesta que mi hijo esté cerca de él, creo que ni siquiera se da cuenta porque está dormido profundamente.
Yellow has no problem sleeping in my son's bed but at the same time he always kept a little distance in the same bed, if my son moves a lot the cat Yellow changes places, but now the cat doesn't even care It bothers me that my son is near him, I think he doesn't even notice because he is fast asleep.
Por naturaleza los gatos son nocturnos, pero me preocupa que Yellow quiera salir de noche o que quiera estar despierto toda la noche de forma vigilante en la casa, me gusta que el duerma de día como todos los gatos pero creo que en este periodo se está excediendo del tiempo, me da miedo que también siga orinando por toda la casa. Amamos mucho a Yellow y solo queremos que tenga noches tranquilas y que ningún gato extraño venga a molestarlo en la noche.
By nature cats are nocturnal, but I am worried that Yellow wants to go out at night or that he wants to be awake all night in a vigilant way in the house, I like that he sleeps during the day like all cats but I think that in this period he is exceeding the time, I am afraid that he will also continue to pee all over the house. We love Yellow very much and we just want him to have quiet nights and that no strange cat comes to bother him at night.

Its a terrorist act on American soil while some say its not real or Im a mental case. Many know its real. This is an ignored detrimental to humanity domestic and foreign threat. Ask informed soldiers in the American military what their oath is and tell them about the day you asked me why. Nobody has I guess. Maybe someone told ill informed soldiers they cant protect America from military leaders in control with ill intent. How do we protect locked up soldiers from telling the truth?

Yo no tengo gatos, pero mi vecina tiene dos hembras que aunque están castradas, entran y salen de su casa de noche, me tratan de abrir la puerta de la mía, halando el picaporte a media noche, y se van de besos con los gatos de la cuadra...
Lo del orine probablemente si tenga que ver con que no está castrado y marca su territorio para que las nenas sepan que hay un chico soltero en el lugar

Hola, estoy tomando nota para cuando mi niño "Bonito" este adolescente, es muy interesante saber un poco sobre el tipo de comportamiento de los gatos.

Vaya una belleza de gato!!!... Dios lo bendiga!... Yo también tengo una "manada" y se compone de cuatro hembras y dos machos... Ambos machos han fijado territorio y se lo respetan más o menos entre ellos, pero también sucede que nuestro patio es grande y hay varias dependencias, entonces tienen suficiente espacio... El problema es que "cuando llegan los gatos foráneos" se arman esas trifulcas que tú estás viviendo ahora con Yellow... Castrarlo no te va a ayudar en mucho... Mi hermana tiene un macho en su casa y castrado sigue comportándose como los míos que no están castrados... Y lo de orinarse en los umbrales de las puertas y los muebles les da por épocas cuando hay gatos "invasores" cerca... :( parece que es "ley de gato" y uno tuviera que vivir con eso... ¡Pero a cambio, son un encanto!... Después de tener gatos es imposible vivir sin ellos... Eso de que duerma en exceso de día es porque pasa la noche defendiendo su territorio... literalmente "se desmayan"... Yo tengo una "gata alfa" (Ela) que es como tener un tigre en miniatura y cuando le dar por salir a "poner las cosas en su lugar" durante las noches... pues pasa el día literalmente "en coma" je je je ... :) Saludos, lindo post de gatos... Hola 👋 muchas gracias por tu comentario, siempre me dicen que es mejor castrar y yo no he querido porque me da mucha pena, imagina si tardó tanto en que le salieran sus bolitas ahora vengo yo a quitarlas 🥺 así que por eso no lo he hecho, pero si tu dices que ese comportamiento continua pues me das una nueva luz a los acontecimientos, de verdad que su forma de dormir parece que se desmaya, sería bueno que los demás gatos también los dejen dentro de sus casa pero pedirle eso a los vecinos es imposible. It's always a tricky question whether to castrate the male cat or not. We have three male cats and two of them have been neutered, but they endured the castration very badly (probably due to poor quality anesthesia), so we decided not to subject our garden panther to this torture. It turned out that in the country where I live, veterinarians have little experience with neutering male cats.
Now, however, I fear every day for our Blacky - whether he will return for dinner, whether he will come home for breakfast...
So, there are dangers in both cases - castration or abstinence from castration.
