It is very vital that we understand the terms of this profession and what they stand for, it is unfortunate that whenever hear of the need to see an expert like this, they term it to mean something else, but thanks for sharing the awareness.

Exactly the point.... Even some avoid one specialist for another because of misunderstanding of profession and who exactly they need at the moment.
