Pesto Scrambled Eggs (High Protein+Low Carb)

Ingredients
Egg 3 extra large
Salt to taste
Pepper
1 dash
Butter 1 tbsp
Basil Pesto 1 tbsp
Sour cream 2 tbsp

Instructions
Break the eggs into a bowl with salt and pepper and beat them well with a whisk or fork.

Put the eggs into a pan with butter and turn the heat on.

Keep on low heat while stirring constantly. Do not stop mixing as the eggs can get dry. Wait until curds begin to form. Add the pesto and mix in well. Cook until eggs have reached desired doneness but they are still creamy, about 5-7 minutes total.

Turn off the heat, add sour cream and mix well with the eggs.

Place on a serving plate and serve. Enjoy!
