When business is down, it's time to take some action. I have been blessed to be in contact with an experienced older man who knows how to revive a business. Mostly having to do with marketing, contacts, conversations and prospecting.
I had a very intense 1 hour zoom call, getting into the meat and potatoes of how to revive a business. It concluded with some big action items and a due date, so now the pressure is on. Is it worth it. Yes. It is worth it.

It's just like when things aren't paying off, we all have to change our strategy to make the business successful again.
I am an failed serial entrepreneur since I was a child, I mean some of the things did make profit.
I ran a music rehearsal room business in 4 bunkers located in the center of Copenhagen for like 6 years and that gave a lot of profit. It was also socially very successful since I basically had contracts with around 7 bands all the time, something like 50 musicians. Unfortunately there was a problem at one point, I dont feel like writing it here, it was not really my fault, but the lease got cancelled, at the time I didnt have the ressources to go to court and try to fight it.
I always wanted to be very little or have no dependency on other people after that. I tried to make a Bitcoin exchange, I worked on it for like 1-2 years, created the software myself (before that I tried to program a peer to peer lending service, I missed the payment to make a company and tried to earn that via normal work, before it happened I found Bitcoin in april 2013 and quitted my peer to peer lending attempt), got a permission to make the Bitcoin exchange from the state and then all that was left was to actually run the software and present it to the world. What happened? Well my bank refused to make bank accounts for the two legal companies I had created, on for operation, and one for profit ownership. I could not change bank at the time, so basically the bank destroyed that business attempt, what was the lesson here? DONT DEPEND ON ANYBODY OR ANYTHING, so LasseCash is 100% crypto.. I do depend on Hive Engine though... but you get the idea.
When I was a child I told computer game, eggs and chicken, it was a lot of fun and I actually made money doing that.
Now in your situation, I imagine its stressful as because its your families income. I am sorry to hear that, I hope you revive the business.
I think the best alternative is to become very rich from cryptocurrency investment... I have to say I am on year 11 and still trying... lets see if Titan X will make the final pull?
